This salon is amazing!! My 11 year old granddaughter has very long and very, very curly hair with frizz. We came to the Salon and Autumn was her stylist. She washed her hair and began brushing out the knots and tangles. And there were lots of those!! Then the blow drying began. Some of the other stylists grabbed another dryer and started on the other side when they had a few minutes. Then came out the flat iron. And Susie really helped too. Get them trimmed even shorter 2. Let my hair grow for 2 weeks then go back for a trim and ON THEM or 3. See what a different stylist advice is and how to go about the horrible cut I wanted to see what another person would tell me how to fix it instead I was given a lesson on how to blow dry my bangs EXCUSE ME WHAT are we serious ik how to style my hair ik how to blow dry it I didn't ask for a damn lesson what's even more funny is her asking my age and saying I'm young I'll be fine I'm beyond disgusted on how I was treated again. I lose large amounts of hair hence I'm sick have been for awhile my hair isn't like everyone's and to be told I'm young I'll be fine is crazy I'm a actor I take care of my image for a reason. I left crying I asked for refund and I understand the original stylist had to give me my money back but now here comes the problem the lady who gave me hair lesson asks what I paid I said $15 she goes I'll give it to you the reception's even said no and was shocked i was basically given that money out of here take it and leave that's how this entire thing felt. However, this time I wanted to go a little lighter.......so I decided to do a subtle balayage with face framing pieces and a cut. .....and I got ORANGE hair!!! This was upsetting and disappointing. I've worked soooo hard to keep my hair healthy and now my hair is extremely damaged and uneven!! I had to pay an extra $250 to correct the damages to my hair somewhere else. She abruptly and, for no apparent reason, canceled my next 2 appointments I have been patiently waiting for over a month. Then she blocks me after sending me notice of the canceled appointments. Niether of them communicate in anything but texting, which leads to misunderstandings, and then they cancel and accuse the client of lies. My friend gets her haircut here by Laura Wendt. I have a very important meeting tomorrow and hadn't had a haircut in 8 months. I text Laura yesterday and she was able to fit me in at 9:15 this morning. I brought in a picture of how I wanted mine cut and she delivered. My ends were pretty damaged she had to take a couple inches off, but it's so healthy looking now. The salon is beautiful and huge. They offer every kind of service you could need here. Beautiful location! There's a water fountain outside as you park and walk to the entrance. This salon and spa has a great ambience as soon as you walk inside. It feels very spacious and the receptionist immediately has greeted me the past couple of times I have been. So far I have been there for a few different services. My first being a chemical peel facial with Linda. The facial was so relaxing and nice! I could definitely feel a difference after. She was very sweet to talk with and get to know while in the treatment room. I will definitely go back and recommend her to anyone else for their skincare needs. The next person I have had services with is Dawn. I have naturally blonde hair that is virgin I love the color. I just wanted to try and take away the brassy tone a little without doing any harsh chemical like dye or bleach. So she did a glaze, conditioning, toner treatment to my hair and it turned out absolutely beautiful! And I was given a free purple shampoo/conditioner freebie to use at home as well. Then I went to Elizabeth the aethetician for an eyebrow wax/eyelash extension fill/brow tint/brazillian and all of it turned out sooooo good. She really took her time with me and made the entire appointment so relaxing and fun to talk with her. I am very pleased with the outcome of everything and will definitely be returning. Lastly, I just went to Kendra for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. I decided to show up a little bit earlier to take advantage of the spa atmosphere by taking a nice steamy hot shower and relaxing into their spa robes. I then drank some of their calming herbal tea and breathed in the aromatherapy that was diffusing. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Kendra was so kind, attentive and so easy to talk too. She really took her time and did such a wonderful job!!! I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to do a killer nail job! My tips: - Show up a tad bit earlier if you're getting any spa services done to take advantage of their steam room, shower, spa robe/slippers and aromatherapy. It's amazing what a couple of hours can do just closing your eyes and relaxing for your body while getting a facial, massage, spa pedicure, or their body treatments. They even have a locker for your personal items. - You can make your appointments online through the booking system which is very convenient for those on the go. -I was offered a mimosa or glass of champagne, which was really cool but I do not drink alcohol. So for those that do, a cool plus! Biggest cons: - The couch in the waiting area to the spa area is very cute but so uncomfortable. It's not one you can really lounge on. - If you are one to like matching your gel mani with your pedi this place isn't for you. I know many nail salons offer the color coordinating services but when I asked for them to match she had to find a color close but not exact. - The shower was definitely very spacious but the pressure was weak.
