Note: We stopped by on a road trip and got our growler (glass jug) filled and our cap was missing. They found a plastic milk jug cap that worked. Apparently they do not sell the glass jugs for refill anymore but they will fill your container. Again we had burgers (double cheese and Swiss/mushroom along with coney dog, fries and onion rings. One of the items I ordered did not show up in the order confirmation so I had my boyfriend call them to let them know, because it was my day off, I understandably don't want to talk to work. While my boyfriend was on the phone with them resolving the issue, The app would not refresh the page and I swore. apparently my use of the F word in my own home on my day off, as a paying customer, was enough for him to ask to speak to me and tell me that I could not swear and it was not acceptable. I even verified what he said and asked " did you really just tell me what I can and cannot say in my own home on my day off?" his response: "yes" This would be different if I were at the store, or clocked in, but I was not. Unless they want to pay the staff around the clock, telling me what language I use at home is simply not gonna happen. I would also like to add that PJ couldnt pick me from a line up as he has never worked with me, I have only seen him in passing. The only reason he would have known it was me was because the order was under my name. luckily for me, This is a side hustle job and not my main source of income. So I quit. Was it blown out of proportion for me to quit over that? probably. was it worth it? yes. My only regret is that I actually did enjoy this job. But none of that is attributed to the owner. Between our 3 families, we had many young kids in tow, so I was apprehensive about a long wait. The vibe of the place is really fun, with exposed brick walls and fun art. One of the coolest things was for the kids - instead of crayons, the menu comes with Wikki Sticks. These kept the kids occupied the entire time! Absolutely genius. Despite our large table, our waitress had no trouble efficiently taking orders and getting us our drinks. I was shocked by how quickly our food came out - everyone was digging into their meals 25-30 minutes after we had arrived at the restaurant!
