The hot dog was delicious and the bun was soft and fresh. I can't wait to stop in again to try a different one on the menu. The owners are a husband and wife couple and are friendly and engaging. I feel the sinage could be better as it is hard to find, but I feel this could be a local Manitowoc favorite.
