Not much else I can say about JJ's oshkosh that has not already been said, but I have been outside in my car at the office an literally seen JJ's employee's sprinting to the door to handle their deliveries. This level of dedication is deserving of 5 star billing in my book, and you would be hard pressed to find any delivery food service with this level of tenaciousness. Go JJ's! read more

I enjoy Jimmy John's products but unfortunately will not be ordering from this location anymore; I would rather enjoy the Jimmy John's across town on a rare occasion than be able to order this for my household weekly. Sandwich composition at this location is shoddy. Condiments are often smeared outside on the bread. Requests for "Extra" of a condiment is handled very poorly: Rather than adding an extra line or so, the condiment is placed on both sides of the meat. While this thins out the layer so that you're not biting into a pure layer of condiment, the meat no longer has any traction in between the bread. Combined with the fact that JJ's bread is of a firmer variety, this leads to the entire contents of the sandwich spilling out, even when you request to have the bread hollowed beforehand. On occasion, the food comes warm. These are not issues I've experienced at other locations. There were extras paid for that I did not receive. The first time I submitted a complaint for this, it was kindly remedied with a gift card. However, it has since continued happening, specifically with the avocado. I'm not sure why they are so hesitant to give it to me. Sad to say that I can't recommend the location near me, since I've enjoyed the chain at most other places I've lived in. read more

The staff here are always chill and food only takes a minute to make. Really great hours... but tomatoes seem either over or under ripe.

Terrible service. I live 2 miles away and took 20 mins to get 2 subs. And my tuna sub had no tuna on it. When I called back the server was disrespectful and they took another 20 mins. Then the new sub was still missing the avocado I paid extra for. Not worth the time or money. read more

Never again will my family order from this Jimmy Johns. The employees are rude and argue with customers. But what do you expect from a bunch of college kids. We ordered 2 of the slim sandwich for our sons and asked for pickles. They refused to add pickles to the sandwich when we asked if we could get pickles on the sides they said no as well. I am a previous employee at this location. Note that the following statements are purely opinion and not to be taken as statements of fact. If you are seeking work, I advise you to look elsewhere. I think the management at this location is terrible. I believe they think its ok to verbally abuse their staff and on occasion, even customers. If you enjoy being sworn at in front of customers, harassed to come in on your scheduled off days, and expected to stay late on shifts the management fails to cover, this is the place for you. You most likely will not receive a raise, even if you work 3+ years as an in-shop. I have worked at several Jimmy Johns. This one is by far the worst in my opinion. A job is supposed to be enjoyable, and in a college town, good employees are hard to come by. They have to display a large "We're Hiring" banner outside of their location 24/7 just to deal with the turnover rate. In just the last few months, several hard working employees have quit on the spot due to how they have been treated. At the end of the day, we are making and delivering sandwiches. It's not difficult. What apparently is hard seems to be treating people with respect and dignity. At my new job which pays 3 dollars more to perform the same work, I have never been sworn at or called names or insulted for doing something a different way. At Jimmy Johns, there is one right way, and its probably not the way your doing it, and you will hear about it. read more

i always orderr my sandwiches online so i can take my time and get the details right without having to talk to anybody (so peaceful) then when its delivered i turn on the netflix and enjoy an episode from any series and enjoy my custom sandwhich which is created to max out the ten dollars i give out to the delivery person (i'm poor). so glad i live in range of delivery. read more

I have to say that I have never been so disappointed in Management Customer Service in a very long time. I ordered lunch for my department (7 sandwiches) and had one missing when it arrived (25 minutes early!) and another one made wrong. When I called to have the problem rectified, I was told they could bring me the corrected sub and would need the wrong one back (whatever) but that they were going to have to charge me full price for the missing sub. Now in my eyes this is where the manager says, "Oh we will give you a discount for your troubles", but no, instead she says she has to charge me full price. Our Company orders "ALOT" from Jimmy Johns and I can tell you I am telling every single one of those people about my experience. Order delivered at 11:30 on 3/20/15.
