What mattered to us was that Israel and his team consistently tried to work through concerns, accommodate requests, and make things right when issues came up. POOR PLANNING, POOR EXECUTION…read more We needed our kitchen cabinets resurfaced. This outfit was understaffed, showed poor planning, poor judgement, unprofessional job standards, and poor clean-up. The good news is they fixed all the problems ... well, mostly. The bad news is that there were just so many problems, causing endless delays. Staff was not available; planning was improvised and sloppy (requiring work to be redone again and again); work quality was indifferent. In the end I had to finish the clean-up, and I'm still fishing loose steel screws out of the cabinet shelves. Delays turned the promised 3-day job into 8 working days spread over two weeks, leaving us with no kitchen and a house mess for much longer than we planned. In the end, we got our kitchen cabinets resurfaced, and it looks fine. But what a frustrating, amateur road we travelled to get there. Cannot recommend this outfit.
