I was never given clear updates on the repair status, timelines, or delays, and I constantly had to chase someone down for answers. For a dealership service department, this level of disorganization, lack of staffing, and poor communication is unacceptable. Customers--especially long-term fleet clients--should not be left in the dark for over a month without access to staff who can provide basic answers.
