would not recommend this mechanic shop. I brought my car here after it wouldn't start and asked them to diagnose the problem. was told I needed a fuel pump, fuel filter, and catalytic converter, and I was quoted around $5,500 for repairs. I decided to pick up my car instead of paying that amount. After I got it back, I simply put gas in it and charged the battery, and the car has been running fine ever since for the past couple of months. After being a customer for years, this experience left me feeling like I was being pushed toward expensive repairs that may not have been necessary. I took my van in to repair the caused of the engine light. I had to call almost everyday to find out the status, i always get an answer that they're checking it, i even went there a few times but I don't see my Van in the hoist, they always say they're letting it cool down to check it again. I will always be a repeat customer. I called to inquire about some service I needed done to my 2013 Hyundai Elantra that had a check engine light on and was slipping in and out of gears while I drive. I spoke with a patient and polite guy that was helpful and empathetic. He advised he can do a diagnostic for $99. If I choose to not have them do service, it'll just be $99. If they perform the service (which they did) the diagnostic won't be a charge(all over shops I called charges $250 and more for just the diagnostic and didn't apply it to the labor costs of the job). Turns out my car was experiencing engine misfire due to my spark plugs and coils needing to be replaced. My car is over 120k miles, still has all original parts. I bought it used from an auction a year ago. Altogether my cost to repair was $488 with tax. I would have spent more somewhere else and this was not a job I could do on my own. read more

INSPECT YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY PAYMENTS!!! I dropped my car off on Friday at 8:30am for a "12 hour job" and my car was ready on Wednesday at 11am. When I dropped off my car on Friday, I called on Saturday for an update and was told the mechanic was working on it. On Monday (since the shop is closed on Sundays), I called again and was informed that the mechanic who handles foreign vehicles doesn't work on Saturdays, and my car would be ready by Tuesday at noon. On Tuesday, after work at 3:30pm, I called to check if my car was ready. The front desk boy told me it wasn't because additional parts were needed--parts that I hadn't provided but that the shop had purchased. Keep in mind, I had been calling for updates every single business day, yet they never requested my approval or consent for these extra parts and charges. The front desk boy claimed they didn't make money off the parts, but my issue was the complete lack of communication and failure to get my approval for the additional costs beyond what was originally agreed upon. By Wednesday, when my car was finally ready, I paid before inspecting it... big mistake. I immediately noticed an unusual noise coming from the exhaust, something I had never heard before. Additionally, my alignment, which was supposed to be part of the service, was never done. When I brought this up, the front desk employee called a mechanic over, who dismissed the noise as "normal" and suggested I visit a neighboring mechanic shop for a second opinion. Given all the previous miscommunications and dishonesty, I chose to take my car to a different shop instead. read more

They told us we needed a new fuel pump totaling $878.99. I did not feel right about this diagnosis cause I know that if it's leaking you'll smell gas. I took it to another place that fixed my problem and smoged my car for $120.00. NO CRACKED FUEL PUMP! Glad I went with my instincts. They also were making fun of us as we waited in the waiting room. Obvious Profiling. 3 people behind the desk laughing and when I looked up they are all looking at us. When I caught them the tried to stop laughing abruptly. If I could give a 0 Stars I would. My sister took her car there for service due to over-heating. This was approx. not quite a year ago. They kept the car for almost 2 weeks saying they were waiting for parts--they needed a thermostat for a 2013 For Escape and I would think most auto parts store would have this. They said they had to "almost" take the entire engine apart to get to the thermostat. Yes it is sort of "buried", but not that bad. They FINALLY said it was ready. Almost $900 to replace a thermostat!!! The car has had over-heating issues ever since-says coolant low and service required, etc. Added coolant each time. No leaks detected-nothing on ground under car. Did not do this until this place supposedly repaired it-only that first time. Now it happens all the time-latest was when she got stranded this week-end and I went with coolant--coolant reservoir was full. So we started out back home-she didn't even get a mile and the needle went to hot and said coolant low-service required. So....refund? Doubtful. Check to find issue free? Doubtful. I took my car there a couple of times and felt very ripped off. I would NOT recommend this repair shop at all. We now have a great master mechanic and he is looking at the car this week. So we are both inconvenienced having her car at the shop. I do feel that almost $900 to replace a thermostat is a bit much!!! And whatever they did, they messed something up big time for the car to continually do this-perhaps the wrong thermostat, a vapor lock somewhere, something clogging the hoses from the reservoir to the radiator-I do not know - I am not a mechanic but these are what I came up with - we will know this week. We feel that Everything Auto Service should reimburse my sister at least half of what she paid - but again DOUBTFUL!!! I don't recommend coming here! I brought my car here and they said they were going to do a diagnostic and it would be about an hour. Several hours later I'm constantly calling asking for an update and the kid at the front desk answers and says "he's looking at it" every time I call. Next day, I call AGAIN asking for an update on my car and again same guy at the front dear says "he's still looking at it" few hours later I get a text to authorize the amount of money I have to pay and it was 1,000 ! I called them once again and apparently they've been working on the car this whole time! Never got a quote of how much parts and labor were! never got told what the diagnostic said! Every time I've called to check on my car all that kid at the front desk said was "he's looking at it" just to find out they've already started work on the car without telling me!!! The young blonde kid at the front desk was having an attitude and also trying to make me (a girl) feel dumb as if I don't know nothing about how cars work! Definitely don't come here. They have kids working the front desk, clearly not doing his job if I'm calling multiple times through out the day asking for updates of my car and being told absolutely NOTHING till I get a bill sent to me !!! I can't even give one star, but had to or this wouldn't post. My daughter's car broke down on the I 15 while visiting us in Vegas. That's where the nightmare begins. The tow truck driver recommended Everything Auto so my daughter (desperate and distraught), went with the recommendation instead of having it towed to the Toyota dealership. Bryce Lennett is the manager. My daughter had to take him to Small Claims court where judgement was made in her favor for a full refund along with payment for Small Claims fee. It has been months and Bryce ignores the judgement, demand letters delivered by a Constable and certified mail. When the car was taken to Everything Auto, at Bryce's request, my husband paid CASH up front (over $7000). We trusted he was an upstanding businessman. In court, he lied and denied demanding cash, saying they always accept credit cards. My husband had to correct him in court and Bryce didn't say anything. They had her car for 2 weeks while she paid for a rental. After it broke down again within 24 hours of picking it up, she had it towed to the Toyota Dealership. The Toyota service department manager could not believe the poor workmanship. There were pull ties holding things together and coils where they should not have been. There were hoses that did not fit and the list goes on. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR/TRUCK or any vehicle to this place. Everything Auto should be closed and Bryce Lennett is not trustworthy. read more

I wish I could give them a negative star honestly the service was horrible and the guy at the desk has a smart mouth is rude to paying customers . They charged me for a diagnostic and didn't even tell me what was wrong with my car then said my car started fine for them yet I pick my car up and get stuck at the gas station after paying them to tow and do a diagnostic on my car . I told them I believe it's the starter or ignition switch they never even checked out the issue at all . Just saying well the car started fine there's nothing we can do to duplicate the problem . A good mechanic would try to atleast check the issues I told them I think was the problem. ... literally the next day I got my car it's stopping at the store turning off on me . While the staff was friendly, they charged me near 400$ for the install that should be a 2 hour job for someone who knows what they are doing (The parts alone were that price). Also, the parking lot was so small, looks like someone put a small dent on the drivers side door while parked there for the 6 hours it took from drop off to finish. took my 2015 BMW 320i to replace the fuel tank. After I received my car there was a loud sound with vibration. Took it back in and they broke some brake line clips. There mechanic decided to zip tie it on my muffler and I was not aware of the zip ties. After a few days, the vibration came back and my car completely died while driving on the freeway with my kids. that's when I found out about the zip ties. Took it back in for the 3rd time. Supposedly it was fixed then the fuel tank started leaking so they towed my car to their shop here I go again 4th time. They supposedly fixed the problem. A few days later my check engine light comes on. I was done with this place don't decide to take it to the BMW dealer where they discover that my covers were missing the fuel tank they installed was faulty and they destroyed my fuel pump. The owner was a jerk about me taking my car somewhere else instead of taking it back to him to fix the problem. So he said he would make it right boy was he wrong but here we go got it towed once again so they can fix their crappy workmanship. Well here we are again with the same ongoing problem vibration, the fuel pump is jacked up and I'm going to let the BMW dealership repair their fuck up. And they will be getting a bill from me.
