I am always so impressed with them. When the batteries on my key fob died, the dealership was going to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix it and reprogram it. I walked into O'Reillys and out within 10 minutes, they popped a battery in it and they didn't pretend like they had to reprogram it. All done $11 and change. Had to come again as my daughter's car battery died this AM. It's 100 degrees at 9am but Justin was more than extremely helpful. Not only is he dealing with me, another customer, answering a call and answering questions from another associate, he never made me feel that he forgot about me. Literally, the worst auto parts store I have encountered. I came in because my car battery was old, and the car engine was dying in the mornings. I went in to ask about a battery change and alternator check on a lexus vehicle and they agreed to test. First stated my battery was bad, which I figured, but then I asked to check my alternator as well. Worker first states my alternator is all great, nothing wrong with it, and then 2 minutes later states it's totally bad, gotta replace it. This didn't make any sense and I was skeptical, so I decided to just ask for the battery change. Then, as he was ringing me up, he told me that they couldn't exchange my battery because it was a luxury vehicle. I wish he would have told me that from the very beginning. Decided to not purchase either the new battery or new alternator from O'Reilly and went to my mechanic in Las Vegas. Turns out my alternator was completely fine, and I only needed a battery change. Saved me $500 dollar scam from O'Reilly. Please stay away from them. read more

So this is a busy place!! But what makes this location five stars is they know how to handle it being so busy!!! The employees here (I talked to three of them) are all super polite, friendly and willing to help. I stopped in and was looking for a scratch compound for a black vehicle. Rather than just pointing to something on the shelf, they took the time to ask about the scratch, look and feel the scratch and provide options on what I could do to try and buff it out. This place is disappointing. Honestly I only come to this place as a last resort when everyone else in town has failed me already. Today, I really thought they were going to pull through for me because I needed a transmission mount and they were the only ones that had one in stock - or so they said on the phone anyway. Theirs was priced almost twice as much as their competitor, but I was willing to pay the premium to get it right away. I show up not even 10 min after I hung up the phone for them to tell me their computer says they have one but they can't find it on their shelves. What a waste of time.
