I opted for the extra 5-year warranty on top of the already offered 5-year warranty since my cover had vinyl on it and I even paid for installation and assembly since they said they'd be able to take care of any warranty issues if I did it all with them. What's a couple hundred bucks compared to installation done right and warrantied? To make it even better, they matched the manufacturer's price on their website and offered a military discount. The only downside was that they charged for debit/credit card (it's clearly displayed in their store) so if you were hoping to get the card points, forget it because cash is king here. Their price for labor by the hour is also clearly displayed in their store. We ran into a couple of issues (I was originally charged for the wrong cover but I noticed it before leaving so we were able to fix that; the manufacturer sent the wrong item, so the install date was pushed back; limited appointments on the new date; misunderstanding of how long the appointment would take; and a miscommunication on the warranty services), however, after speaking with the owner, Chris, we were able to get it all figured out and squared away. The fact that Chris was willing to go above and beyond to remedy the issues made all the difference. I might need to take it in for adjustments (they were able to keep my chase light brackets on but that could have caused a slight misalignment) but I have no doubt they'll fix that too.
