The local shop charged us $85.00 and told us the trailer was fixed only to find out he hadn't even hooked it up (only checked a few wires). Shockingly, the staff handed over the title to our trailer without verifying identity, ownership, or requiring any documentation whatsoever. No ID check. No paperwork. No authorization. Nothing. This is not a minor mistake--this is a major failure in basic security and business practices. Titles are legal ownership documents, and handing one over to an unverified individual puts customers at real risk. What made this even worse was how it was handled afterward. When I called to address the issue, I was connected to a manager who was completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they said they felt like they had been scammed too. There was no accountability, no attempt to correct the situation, and no concern shown for the seriousness of what happened. The call ended with them hanging up on me. That level of care and professionalism is unacceptable--especially when dealing with something this serious. If this is how they handle sensitive documents and customer concerns, I strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution. We expected a professional standard of care. This was the exact opposite.

A little bit late on posting my review using Family RV Inspection and Mobile Repair, but here goes…read more We camped at Lake Whitney November 7th and 8th and it was a great trip with great weather. Something seemed off though when setting up the camper Friday, lights dim, electrical seemed off. The next day, Saturday, started to inspect various areas of the camper, electrical panel, etc. to see if could find root cause of the electrical issue. Issue found, our battery was bad, like smoking bad, literally smoking. Disconnected and removed the battery for safety and then called Family RV. This was like at 4pm Saturday, and Jason answered the phone. I explained our situation and provided him details of the battery we needed replacing. He said he could definitely help us and would be there in a few hours. He was a man of his word. He purchased the new battery and installed it, with us up and running again, good as new.
