Joe was the one who helped us and explained each jet ski that we were interested in. He was very nice to work with and got us all set up with everything that we needed. We went back less than a week later and started the buying process. We got a jet ski and trailer, life jackets and some cool extras and it was an enjoyable process. We worked with Taylor and another lady (I wish I knew her name - she was so great and funny) with the signing contracts and getting all of the paperwork done. They explained everything very well and took about 10 minutes. Overall - my boyfriend and I highly recommend Jim's Anchorage. They have everything and anything that you would need. We will definitely be going back there while we take our camping trips to Seven Points and Lake Raystown!

I put a deposit down and was told they would get the boat ready for me. Today I called and said I was ready to pick up the boat when would it be ready? The salesman who had assured me he would get the boat ready after taking my deposit informed me that he hadn't even ordered the motor yet. Then told me, he never told me he would get the boat ready, not really sure, but why would I give you money down on a boat if you weren't going to sell it to me? Needless to say I went and got my money, at least I think? it hasn't shown up in my account yet, and went to Bass Pro Shop where I ordered another one and got it in writing that it will be here on Tuesday. We highly recommend M&M Boat Sales and Service Art did a…read moresuperior job repairing some Isinglass from our Formula 350. The canvas originally had been glued to the Isinglass and had separated. He cleaned off the glue and sewed the isinglass onto the canvas, as shown in pic below. It looks perfect and will last unlike the glue! M&M Boat Sales and Service is no longer based out of Middle River and are now based in Pasedena MD. Art went out of his way to pick up the Isinglass and deliver back to us in just one week.
