I just bought my 3rd Husqvarna from Phil and as always he gave me the best deal and took care of me,Jt motorsports is the only place I buy my bikes from and the only place that has every aftermarket part you could need in stock and on the floor!!!Place is awesome and Tyler was very helpful in taking the spark arrester out of my pipe b4 I left so I didn't have to!!If your going to a different shop your making a mistake!!!

I had a bad experience with Coleman Powersports in falls church,va and Phil at JT was able to knock it out oF the park and save the day. I got the same deal as I was supposed to get at the other place and did it with ease. I rode off with a brand new 2020 zx14r smiling from ear to ear. JT has my loyalty's for being treated like a family member and not a schmuck off the streets. Thank you JT and especially Phil Danny Armijo

Broken throttle lever the third time riding. Not doing anything crazy still breaking the bike in.

I bought a brand new Polaris 570 sportsman 2023 model from them and the plastic thumb lever throttle broke off in less than a month. I also purchased the extended warranty for 3 years that covers everything except wear items. It was a fight but eventually they did honor the warranty. They could definitely improve their warranty policies.

I am the owner of Derek's Towing based in Frederick, MD. We have been towing motorcycles here a long time. Unfortunately JT motorsports isn't always open to deliver the bikes personally, so we started offering our motorcycle customers free indoor storage at our facility for their bikes when being towed to JT motorsports after hours. Recently I acquired a motorcycle of my own that wouldn't run. I towed it right over to JT motorsports. They got it fixed in no time at a reasonable rate. I am happy with JT motorsports both as a customer and a towing business owner. I will continue to recommend JT motorsports to anyone in need of motorcycle Sales or Service

I also wanted a second set of eyes to check all my work and inspect everything once in a while, so I dropped my bike off at Fairfax Cycles. The main service I requested was to replace the front fork and exchange the fork and brake oils. I bought the Ohlins fork from Partszilla and dropped it off at the shop. I was missing some other small parts needed, and they were able to order it for me. I had a budget I wanted to stick to, and they were able to work with me to meet my budget and the services I needed. They were very flexible. For the amount of work done on my bike, I'd say the price was fair. The place is very busy all year round, though. Please set your expectations. You'll likely have to wait to get serviced. You'll also need to pick up ASAP. I felt good about all the services performed on the bike. The installed Ohlins fork makes the bike so much better. Will I come back, a definite yes.

When I spoke with their service department, they agreed to take care of it for me.. no apology or anything about the extra time out of my week to get to and from their shop. I should have bailed right then and there. Fast forward a few years. Nothing but issues for a bike I took excellent care of and only put a grand total of 1000 miles on. I won't get into too many details here, but they kept the bike for a little over 3 months this last spring, " trying" to resolve an issue I was having with the bike struggling to start and not running correctly when it did start. After three months I complained to the owner about the absurd bill I got after his team of " professional Triumph techs" could not figure out anything and just started throwing random parts at it. To be clear, there were 3 error codes... After 90 days they didn't even mention any of those codes! The owner did right by me in terms of having them remove most of the fees they tacked on for their bull$!#@ work. It was super irritating that I was still out a couple hundred bucks for an intake snorkel (What the actual F?) and spark plugs (which I had also just replaced one day before leaving it with them) The real final coffin nail for me was that the final call from the service guy was unacceptable and infuriating: "Given enough time, we probably could figure it out, but we just don't have time to deal with your bike right now". I have never been more angry or disappointed by a business. I essentially just threw 10K+ into a fire. I will never purchase a bike here again and I will instruct everyone I encounter to avoid them for bike purchases and especially repairs.

She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. Mike, his wife and the entire team at MGMotorsports are fantastic!…read more I purchased a 2023KLR650S in July and the price was the best I could find anywhere in the country. Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. I know this long winded, but for once something that seemed too good to be true, WAS TRUE@ My email is rsnowder@gmail.com and I will gladly answer any questions about my experience with MGMOTORSPORTS! This lack of communication cost me money and wasted my time. On top of that, I provided all the correct parts for the repair, but the bike still wasn't fixed. When I questioned the charges, I was told I should pay in full regardless of the outcome. The mechanic also claimed taking my bike without an appointment was a "favor," even though he saw me drop it off and could have simply asked me to take it back if he wasn't going to fix it. To make matters worse, he charged me every penny without considering any adjustment to the bill, even though I lost money on towing and wages because he was unavailable and unresponsive. His emails throughout this process were hostile and dismissive, showing bad faith and very poor customer service. Things happen, but a professional shop should take responsibility, communicate clearly, and not leave customers stranded with bills for incomplete work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Apologies for the long review but I have to get this off my chest! ! !…read more I have never been the type to write negative reviews but to say the purchase of my first motorcycle from Coleman Powersports in Falls Church has been a nightmare would be an understatement. I found the bike I wanted I have already test drove the same bike at another location, but I wanted the ABS version found it online contacted Coleman Powersports and spoke with Brendan on the phone, and he assured me the bike was in stock at the Falls Church Location and told me to come on in. I come in and was told that the bike was stored at another facility and that it would take no time for them to have the bike delivered at that time I purchased the bike on 05/18/2026 .Salesman (Brendan) neglected to tell sales manager I was including a downpayment on purchase sales manager filled in my pre-approval check before I even sat down in his office. I was promised my bike would be there the next day showed up and was surprised no one communicated to me there was a delay in my motorcycle being delivered. The next day I spoke to the manager who tells me that I was given the wrong VIN and Mileage for the bike I had purchased and that I would need to once again come in and sign all of my once again paperwork and have my insurance company update my policy with the correct information. The manager I spoke with apologized for the companies' mistakes and to make it right he was going to have my bike shipped directly to my home due to the weather we had this past week. Went back to the dealership on 05/22/2026 and signed all the documents and spoke with Brendan I was told the bike will be getting inspected and cleaned up and that he would be reaching out to me to schedule the delivery of the motorcycle to my home. Days Passed and on 05/27/2026 I called the manager to get an update on my motorcycle and was told that I would pretty much have to wait for the delivery driver's next trip to my area to be accommodated even after all the mistakes and delays, I've been through dealing with this dealership which is a far cry from the promise he made me when I could've backed out the deal and needed to come back in to sign the paperwork . I do want to shout out the two gentlemen at the service desk I know one of guys name was Timmy while waiting at the dealership I purchased over $800 of accessories and those guys installed my Cardo on to my helmet and were professional.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Communication was outstanding -- I received regular updates throughout the process. The team went above and beyond with little things I didn't even ask for, like fixing my mirror and giving the bike a complimentary wash. They also took the time to diagnose a few other issues and explain everything clearly without any pressure. Most importantly, everyone there was genuinely friendly and easy to work with. Let's be honest, dealing with vehicle repairs is usually stressful and never something you look forward to, but MotoMember somehow made it a positive experience. I originally planned to fix the bike just enough to sell it, but after getting it back from them, I think I'm going to enjoy riding it a while longer. Highly recommend MotoMember if you're looking for honest, professional motorcycle service.

Sadly, that was the end of the good experience. Once I was taken to the bikes, the sales person walked away. After about 30min. we had to go find them to ask for a test ride that was initially refused due to "store policy". They did allow a test ride after a few minutes of talking, but then again after returning, we could not find our sales person again for about another 45min. At this point, I was frustrated, but decided to let the sales person know that I was interested in a specific bike, but did not wish to stay for the rest of the afternoon to complete paperwork since we came in from out of state. I let them know Tuesday morning that I wanted the bike and asked if they could transfer the bike to another store that was closer. I was told that they could have the bike sent the next day, and I completed the paperwork online that evening. Wednesday, I was told that the bike wouldn't be transferred until the following week at the earliest. I informed the sales person that I would return the next day to pick the bike up as I had a planned group ride that weekend. Thursday I go to the dealership at the time they were told I'd be there, and the bike is not ready to leave, they also had me re-do all of the paperwork at the dealership and tried to get me to pay my down payment a second time. Since bringing the bike home in November 25, I still do not have the title to be able to register the bike. Just today after calling the GM since the Sales manager and Finance manager I worked with are both gone from the dealership, I learned that they reported the incorrect mileage to the VA DMV, and have been working to correct the title. I was never informed of this issue, after calling and emailing the dealership multiple times between November and now. Absolutely nightmare dealership to work with and would highly encourage anyone to conduct their business elsewhere.
