It took him all day but he was able to navigate the back roads to get my car out. However, Steve's towing had my car for a week a half. The hours they posted were wrong and were closed on many days they said they would be open. The after hours number they had left was disconnected. Finally, the day before I was supposed to go home they weren't open despite it being noon on a Monday. We finally got a hold of them and met up the next day. They ultimately charged us for every single day the car was there - 800 DOLLARS. Despite having come to the shop 5 times and showing them our attempts to make contact with them, the owner hung up on the phone and insisted on $800 cash. It's bad business and they're making money by not coming to work.

We called Salmon River Towing and the towing company employee was uninformed, unhelpful and incompetent. They tried to take advantage of our situation with inflated prices and were rude and disrespectful, even saying that they wouldn't come get us because they "didn't want to." The owner of Weiser towing steered us into the right direction without taking advantage of us. He stated he would rather look us into the eyes than his shoes...
