    DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I had several issues with the move, including them not packing and moving everything (which cost me several hundred more dollars to hire a second moving company). Below is exactly what I sent to A Better Tripp in an email immediately after the move. They have done nothing to rectify this situation other than to say "we are within our legal window to respond." Wow, what great customer service!! The email is below: 1. As I explained to Dan this was supposed to be a complete pack and move, with the exception of a few items that I specified, including to the movers. Specifically, the closet in the guest bedroom and certain items in my son's room were to be excluded. While the movers were there, I was able to remove all of the things from my son's room that were excluded and instructed the movers that EVERYTHING else in the room was to be packed and moved. Unfortunately, there were multiple non-furniture items in every single room that the movers neglected to move. Just by way one of many examples, there were two trunks to moved and only one was moved (see picture). They were within five feet of each other. Just a note that, with the exception of one chair in the master bath, all of the furniture was moved; the movers were instructed not to move the table in the 2nd picture. Also, I had already personally moved several boxes before I took the pictures, including six boxes I loaded as the movers sat in their trucks waiting to depart for the new house. None of the movers offered to help me with those. 2. Movers are not packers and packers are not movers. Having a mover pack makes no sense. Things, such as small Rubbermaid containers, were unnecessarily very carefully wrapped. This was not only unnecessary but it also added to the materials cost. 3. Boxes were not properly labeled. Seven boxes were labeled as kitchen. This was not helpful in trying to find silverware. 4. A glass was broken and not cleaned up (see picture). 5. When I heard the trucks start, I went and checked the storage room on the back of the garage (something I had discussed in detail with Dan and shown him on the walk-through) and it had not been touched. When I brought this to the attention of the foreman he chastised me and scolded me for not telling him about it. 6. My daughter's headboard was damaged by, apparently, oil that was on the moving blanket. Even though someone had attempted to clean it (it was wet with chemical) nobody brought it to my attention. When I brought it to the foreman's attention he also seemed to be unaware of it but assured me "I will tell my boss." When you and I spoke on Monday you were not aware of it. These are the things that come to mind, at the moment. Needless to say, after paying $3,300 for a move, the most tedious and hardest part remains. This is not what I paid for and far from the experience I expected. I have now schedules another moving company, at an expense of at least $500 and my time and my wife's time, to come back in and do what I expected A Better Tripp to do.

    It took 14 hours costing $2,200 to move a 2bed/2bath and 1/4 garage with the excuse that it's because they had to use stars to get to the second floor instead of an elevator. They charged me for their lunch break as well until I said something about it. As I'm unpacking I'm missing several items. I'm going to have to pull the boxes out of my storage unit to find my stroller, new dishes and several other items. Now that my payment has cleared no one will return my calls or emails to help with any of these issues.

    Horrible! If you have storage here or planning on doing DO NOT! "Management " does NOT what…read morecustomer service is, as well as when they call you over the phone they tell you to come in person however when you get there they love to call the cops and falsely accuse you of having a weapon or demanding you wear a mask (knowing you have a medical condition) or they claim they are a professional establishment yet have people in the office as well as upstairs who aren't even employees! Office always smell like cigarettes, never answer the phones or have office open. Claim they send correspondence about rate increases yet nothing seems to be changed or "updated". Also have people that cut locks and steal out of your units and when you report over $15,000 stuff missing they can't even be diligent and send over videos from cameras investigators request. Most importantly don't ask for district manager information or corporate. They refuse to give it to you. On top of them having and accessing late fees yet during COVID they should be a little more understanding especially if your husband just gets out of hospital. Don't invite someone to come to the office to talk but then, once they get there they cowards or raise the voice thinking people will allow you to disrespect them. As well as if any other employee is there and not being spoken to should not jumped in and give his two seconds of fame when the situation has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM.
