I have a rental property in the south side of Gilroy, and was preparing the property for my new tenant. The slider blinds definitely needed to be changed out, and it was recommended me that I call Patti. So I did. We met at the property and she measured my 8' slider to the backyard. She explained that she could definitely service my needs, but given that it is a rental, she suggested I go to Lowes or Home Depot where I could get a lower end blind for a much lower cost. This is our second time going through Patti to get blinds in our home. We've been going through a renovation and because of our first experience with Patti, and a lot of HGTV watching, we already had somewhat of an idea of what we wanted. It was just a matter of narrowing down choices, colors, and how much light filtering we wanted. During the initial consultation, Patti had all the samples we needed, asked us to test in different lights and at different angles, and pointed out things that we hadn't even thought of, especially with regards to light filtering, or how certain blinds added a layer of insulation. Throughout the process, Patti was absolutely aware of our concerns and was very very accommodating considering our renovation project kept getting pushed back, which also meant our blinds remained in her inventory/warehouse much longer than we anticipated as we didn't want them to get damaged during the reno. Patti kept checking in with us, until we finally were able to nail down a date. During installation, Patti and Joe the installer were both there. Joe was also extremely nice and friendly; both were so easy to work with, detail-oriented, and installation was a total breeze. Highly recommend Patti and her team if you have any window needs! Patti came through again! 3 1/2 years after ordering shades from her, most of which have held up incredibly well, we had a problem with one of them. We contacted her, she diagnosed the problem, said it was not something that could be fixed, and offered to replace it without any fuss.
