Yet claimed they could not point out which hose had the leak to us which many told us was strange. We made an appointment to take it back the man we spoke to advised us to get there very early to make sure it could be done the same day. We had her vehicle towed early that morning, arrived a little after they opened and before their mechanic even got there. We told them we were able to wait until 5:30 ( or maybe as late as 6pm if necessary) because that is when we had a ride home if we needed it. First he tried to force my daughter to pay extra for a car flush and continued to pressure her insisting it had to be done even after we both repeatedly said no. Then he refused to even look at her vehicle today, claiming it had to stay overnight even though we stated were were able to wait until evening,if necessary . He also claimed the man we spoke to yesterday told him he never told us it would be done today, that he told us they were only going to " try". We would not have towed the vehicle there on a maybe. I was angry I admit. I feel they mislead us, and were being deliberately unhelpful to force us to keep her vehicle overnight for no reason. He did claim the mechanic had a family emergency, was leaving at 4:30 and had a 4 1/2 hour car job to do before he left ,but since it was early in the morning there was still time for our hose replacement ,he also admitted another mechanic was coming around 5 p,m and they already had the part ready , ( he was just refusing to put it on ) . I was hungry had no breakfast, and exhausted from walking my daughter to work in the heat every day. We live 12 miles way from this place and it is not easy to get back since our other vehicle needs some work too and cannot be driven. Had they told us after doing the hose replacement, they had found more problems and the vehicle needed to stay overnight I would have understood, but to set up an appointment and then refuse to even look at the vehicle was going too far. We had to have it towed home. We will find another mechanic.

He spent about 30 minutes trying to fix it and was unsuccessful. Because another customer left and it was past 5:00 PM, he clearly did not want to be held responsible. Instead of properly fixing the damage or taking responsibility, he used zip ties to temporarily hold my hood together, told me it was not his problem, and instructed me to drive safely and not go over 35-40 mph until I could get it fixed elsewhere. Micheal you know you are the one who broke the hinge. This situation was handled very unprofessionally, and I was sent away with an unsafe vehicle and no accountability. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.
