This was not hidden damage -- it was visible once baseboards were removed and should have at least been flagged for further evaluation. It's now costing us significant time and money to properly remediate. I was able to talk to him for a little bit during the inspection, but I ended up having to leave. I called the next day to get some additional information and he was happy to help. He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful.
