He also treated the area where the wasps had been nesting. Dan did not charge for his visit, and told me to call him if the wasps appeared after the weather was sunny and warm again. Once I got a hold of him, we scheduled a date and time. And then I never heard from him again until I received an invoice via email. I would have expected him to let me know he was at the house or at least finished spraying at the house- let me know what he saw and what he did and that it was gone. My tenants just said the nest was gone so I did not follow up. I hire a lot of contractors for my properties and I'm used to some kind of communication or follow up so this was just odd to me. I'm not sure HOW to cancel... they must know if they make it even remotely possible to cancel customers will actually CANCEL. And now they want me to pay over $300 because they kept coming in spite of me telling the service people not to come when they texted each month. Someone cautioned me against signing up with them.
