So, you just give out random names (with no last names) without knowing their reputations. The lady then said, "My Mondays are busy I can't help you" and she turned her back on me. Horrible customer service, they don't give a sh*t for their customers & they were extremely rude! Don't bother giving them your business...they're way overpriced too!

And since 'this unit has been out of production for a long time they no longer carried the spare parts. I called a friend who has several larger units and has bought spare compressors to keep them running. Jd informed me that his large ones the costs were about $2000 each. He informed me that the smaller ones were about a $1000. I tried to find the compressor but non available even through eBay. I called Apache and Mike got back with me and recommended to buy a new unit. After 14 years there was bound to be more things to go wrong and the repair cost he estimated at a $1000. Which aligned with my research. His great honest opinion was welcomed. I like that thus recommend Apache appliance. Oh I found the replacement vinotemp brand new at $725.

At that point LG put us in touch with Alliance Appliance repair. Sean came and mentioned that he read up a bit about our problem, it was apparently a known issue. He went to work replacing the defective parts with a kit supplied by LG. After 1-1/2 hours the cook top worked as it should. I cannot speak for everyone, but Sean restored my faith in this range and LG for that matter. He was extremely focussed during the entire operation. Thank you Sean.

Especially since i needed a bunch of screws to build a bed frame but I couldn't find them om my own without the help of the employees. The quality of everything I bought here was all worth the money despite the high prices. Most of my tools for my first tool box as well as the box itself came from this location and they're still holding strong and working properly. The store had such an amazing selection of hardware to choose from its better than home depot and lowes. The biggest criticism is the high prices of the products. Either there is a super secret entrance that I didn't find or the just were not open. Kind of disappointing to drive all the way from Cordes Lakes to Prescott and find them closed. Plenty of folks lined up along the walkway not sure if they were all there because they expected it to be open. Some had their belongings with them which caused me to speculate that they likely are experiencing homelessness. I do hope they are getting the services they need from both Salvation Army and the City of Prescott. Not sure I'd bother to make the trip again despite my desire to support this organization.

Just an update about one of the programs offered by The Salvation Army in Prescott, AZ. The winter…read morewarmup program usually begins in early November. The program provides a safe and warm place for homeless men. A meal is also provided for men and women. After the meal, the women are transported to other shelters. However, the bathrooms and showers provided for the clients have been shut down since June. The culprit is a mold issue. That's 5 months. Here it is Oct. 3rd and still the issue has not been fully resolved. A house can be built in 5 months! That's a chilling example(yes, that's a pun) of how poorly management runs the operation. The washing machine and dryer are key to the successful operation of the program. The are also unavailable due to the existing mold problem. Will the program start on time? Good question. There is space for 30-35 clients that will end up being left out in the cold if they don't. I would recommend you contact the office at 928-778-0150. Thank you
