I am a first time homebuyer and have very little confidence in my Project Manager, so I called and spoke with Wanda whom was very nice. I love this Company!!!! They are amazing Wanda was so helpful and we got an immediate appt. Alex inspected our home, he is the absolute best. Gave us great tips to extend the life of of our roof and other great tips for around our home. He went above and beyond to explain everything. He was extremely professional and personable. Luis was EXTREMELY thorough and went through every room, surface, and appliance. He made sure that he did his job without distractions and documented everything right away. He points out both the good and not so good but I'd rather know everything before the purchase.
