He showed up a day late and when he finally arrived, 4 hours late again, he was aggressive ,accusing us of having another locksmith come over and they must have screwed it up. after we assured him we don't have a black book of locksmiths, he then accused of us somehow tampering with it. Then, right before I kicked him out of my office, he berated us again...it's a stinking $100 lock, at the end of the day not a big deal, but to be scolded and yelled at, is. I used this company referred through AAA to come reprogram a key to my car because I lost my car…read morekeys. Once arrived, he explained to me he didn't have any keys that had buttons on them, so I'd have to manually lock and unlock my door, at the time that was perfect, and he made me a new key without the buttons, and I was dealing with manually having to open the door. Ironically, I found my keys the next day, and him to ask if he could reprogram the keys would and I would be able to unlock my doors button. He was more than eager to make an appointment but told me he was going out of town and to call him back in a week which I did. Then he asked for me to send him where I work on a text message and he would arrange and come and reprogram my keys for free. I was like great since I had already paid over $200.. I spoke to him on the phone, multiple text messages never responded to me. I would've been glad to give him a five star review if he followed through with what he told me he was going to do for me, but he did not. I am now going to have to find another locksmith to see if they will reprogram so the keys can match and have to pay a couple hundred dollars.
