I told him I did not need the key cut and that I had called and was given a price of $40.00. He said that was a different service and does no apply to the fob I have. If there are different services for different fobs, should he have known that when I identified my car in the phone call? They helped me reset my existing programmed keys and program four keys and they manually found the key shape and cut all the four to spec.
