Kayla and her team were such a pleasure to work with! She made sure everything ran smoothly and never missed a beat! I give the venue props very beautiful, my flowers were beautiful, some places they were only one flower I asked for but hey they were still beautiful, bartender amazing and the photographer was as well. Those people get 5 stars. My day started with a bunch of cars when I arrived at 11am and my day of coordinator Bonnie no where to be found. People I did not know walking through my already set up wedding with my personal items, when I was told 2 different times I would have the venue to myself, the people there was actually there for their rehearsal. A warning would of been nice and for them to only use the mens bathroom to not disturb me and my party. Two of my guests fell in the parking lot because it was too dark, we were told those lights come on when it gets dark. (Would of been a big liability if my two guests got really hurt). So, bonnie was asked about lights and gave attitude and gave attitude multiple times. The lights ended up getting turned on, and bonnie asked who did it and said she was not going to tell anyone. Well she told the owners who did it and as my husband and I are trying to have some fun before we rush out they call us out in front of everyone to talk about the lights again. My DJ was told 30 minutes prior by someone at the venue that we needed to rush things along and leave. So by the time they singled us out to say we weren't being kicked out it was already too late. We did everything backwards so we could just hall butt. I would never recommend this place. Bonnie ended up being m.i.a a lot and she cut my WHOLE cake not leaving the top for us to save. Which I told her that at the day of coordinator meeting. I also made it very clear to her that absolutely no phones to be out until after our first kiss, excpet for my phone for live and my video camera. She told me she would let someone know the day of. Well, I get to the door and start walking and everyone phones are out. I was told by multiple guests that the only thing said was they needed to be silenced. What a beautiful venue you have, but a lot was done to ruin my day and a sorry that you kept on saying was not enough. I spent a lot of money for something so simple to be complained about multiple times and please get someone else as a day of coordinator.. when people tell you we want something done and don't get it. Sorry it ended this way. But my guests safety means more than that. Dale you were awesome thank you for fixing the microwave and fridge. I usually don't complain, but I wanted to leave right when I realized a rehearsal was being done and then bonnie kept going m.i.a through out night. I pray I'm the only bride that pays a lot to feel like she doesn't belong there. No bride should ever deal with this.. Oh and not to mention yo1u guys were told my dad was demanding lights in anger. I know my dad better than that and that is not like him, but he did ask bonnie and she said she couldn't and then finally got the owners when light was already on, maybe if she told my dad she was getting someone to turn the light on it wouldnt of been an issue. . Not to mention the ac was off and when my dad said "please turn on the ac" he was told "the ac is not needed to be on it's cool outside" as his poor daughter the bride is hot.... We did not know until Sunday 2 guest fell!
