I would give him a 5 star review personally. Today I requested another service for the same issue. I asked if they could come today I received some text messages back and forth. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off.
