The team showed up on time, worked carefully, and didn't rush anything. My siding looked almost new after the wash, and the windows were so clean it felt like someone removed the glass completely. The gutter cleaning was a big help too, I usually dread that part, but they handled it professionally. I told them my situation and said I absolutely needed it done the following day by the start of my party(1pm). The woman said that was not a problem and they scheduled me for the first spot on Saturday at 10am. I then got a call after 9am on Saturday saying they wouldn't be coming. Ridiculous. When I called for an explanation, the woman said "it's a crappy situation for everyone." Yes, I'm sure it's bothering you my windows are disgustingly dirty the day of a party? I understand schedule changes and weather happens. But don't tell me you can fit me in when you can't. I could have easily hired someone else the day prior. But the morning of? Not so helpful.
