Imagine this: You plan your event, you set the dates, you call the limo company and they send you a quote, you pay the quote. You're ready for you're event and everything is completed! You send out your invitations and everyone RSVPs, a day after you find out they have canceled your reservation for your transportation because the owner cheated you, she found someone willing to pay more. She decided to give your reservation to the highest bidder and when you call her back she just tells you she can offer you a vehicle, of course one it as nice, for the same price! So thank you to the owner of A Crystal Coach Limousines, Michelle, for tearing apart my fathers 50th birthday present because you got greedy. To any of you planning your future event keep in mind Crystal Coach has a knack for ruining things. Even after a quote, a written document, and a payment. You'd think you were locked in and your event was secured after a payment, especially after you just had the owner help you out! But no, of someone were to come along and offer her extra money she would not even call you, she'd just leave you stuck without a ride to your wedding, school dance, concert, or in my case a birthday party with significant meaning. To the parents of teenager who are seniors in high school, I am not telling you not to try and rent from this establishment. But when she gives you the short end of the stick, don't be fooled by her informercial like offer of "for the same low price!" She tried to fix her greed by offering us something smaller, and far less luxurious than the Stretch Limo she originally had promised. (Below is a picture of the email we received from the company, we immediately hit accept and payed upon revising the information. It is sad that you can't take a business's word anymore. But this is a document from the company, one stating a business transaction and this is a new low and something I consider a breach of contract.) read more

He reserved a 16-passenger Hummer for 4 hours to go from the restaurant to the prom location and then from there to a home for an after-party. Crystal Limo gave great customer service when I spoke to them. Thanks Michelle. And my son said that Tony the driver was very, very nice, helpful and an all-around good guy. Also, my son said he has a NY accent (Cool Tony, I'm from Brooklyn!) I highly recommend this business. I had a less than desireable interaction with another company and so we canceled with them and found Crystal. I booked a 16 passenger H2 for my prom that took place last Friday. We reserved the limo for four hours and because the event was on a Friday, I was given a lower rate than the one posted on the website. Michelle, the booking guru, was great to work with! I chatted with her about 3 different times about costs, actually booking the limo and changing addresses, ect. I received an email conformation and everything was set! Friday arrived and because of the great weather the traffic was horrible! The limo was an hour late, however, most of the prom group was late as well. Michael, our limo driver, was great with communication about where he was and when he was going to arrive in magnolia. Upon his arrival, he was very professional. He found me, the limo contact and apologized for his lateness, he then gave me an option to keep the limo for extra time or to get a discount. I was really impressed that Michael threw out options before I even had to ask! Thats some great customer service! Michael was great! He dropped us off for dinner and we decided that i could just text him when were were almost finished. Worked perfectly! We set off from the restaurant and Michael offered to take us to Alki to take pictures. Awesome! Michael took us to a great spot on Alki and took pictures of us with all our cameras! So fun! Five stars for great service, MINUS one star for being late, PLUS one star for the extra trip to Alki! I was very happy with the service I received from everyone I dealt with at Crystal Coach. I will definitely use Crystal Coach again after renting the 14 passenger stretch hummer for our wedding party. The driver was very professional and courteous and also worked with our photographer to make stops on the way to our reception party after the ceremony. We rented a party bus for a 40th birthday & it was a great experience. the company was extremely professional & flexible. They arrived on time & was patient with our somewhat unorganized group. I had several stops in mind & Tom our driver (who was great!) said that we probably wouldn't be able to go to all these stops in the time we had. He was right. But it was all good. We had a blast. One thing to note is, I reserved the party bus for 25 people & fortunately not all 25 people came. It was a really tight squeeze with our 22 people. Maybe when they are suggesting 25 people, they are thinking of 25 skinny high school kids, not a bunch of 30-40 year old kids ;-) read more

Our driver, Dave was really fantastic. He was extremely accommodating, friendly, and ensured we had a wonderful time. We had a great experience thanks to his professional and friendly attitude. I do want to say, though, that the limo (8 passenger) was not in the best shape. There was a smoky odor and the radio was not compatible with an auxiliary cord, so our music options were very limited. It was also frustrating that we could not roll down the front door window. There was also no sun roof. I had also sent a detailed itinerary ahead of time with the exact route we had wanted to take, and our driver had not received this in advance. I showed it to him when we started the rental, and he ensured we got to go everywhere we had planned, but it would have been helpful if the office had shared this with him earlier. read more

We hired Crystal Coach for my daughters 21st Birthday, we rented the 20 passenger Party Bus. We were very impressed with the driver, he was very polite, professional and friendly, he was right on time. The Bus was clean and looked brand new. We sent the 'kids' off on the bus and felt very comfortable that they'd have a safe and fun night. They had an idea of the places they wanted to go and the driver was great about taking them whereever they wanted to go. They all had a blast! My first driver was very friendly, knew exactly where he was going and even made an extra stop for us to take a few pictures. Only problem was getting into the limo to find that the champagne glasses were dirty and still half full from the previous group... Which left my group unable to have a champagne toast, and a little grossed out. The driver picking my group up was not very friendly at all, and made us feel very rushed. He got there a few minutes early, and called me multiple times to let me know. He had a bit of an attitude with me when I said it would take us a few minutes to get out of the busy venue. When it came to dropping us off, he had no idea where he was going and had the wrong hotel completely. He ended up dropping us off a couple blocks away after getting frustrated, and went on to remind me that I could always leave a little "extra cash" tip. At least his limo was clean?... I wont use this limo service again. I can get much better service for my money elsewhere. read more

I reserved a large limo bus last weekend to transport my wedding party on the day of my wedding. What a mistake that was. The bus was supposed to show up at the hotel at 2pm -- but it didn't, and no phone call. I repeatedly called the office number and left messages, but no one picked up, and no one returned my calls. I eventually called the cell phone of another driver with the company, who had driven us the night before. He called the owner for us, but the owner refused to speak to me, wouldn't let the driver provide his (the owner's) contact info, simply said that they "were working on it," and hung up on his own driver. They literally would not even tell me if they were coming at all. Finally, almost an hour after the original pickup, someone from the company called to say they could still show up late, but it would be with a bus with no air conditioning (on the hottest day of the year). If it weren't for Uber, our wedding might have been completely ruined -- as it was, we had to completely abandon our wedding pictures and go straight to the venue. Stuff happens -- I get that. But what's completely inexcusable is that Crystal Coach made no effort to let me know what was going on and completely abandoned us. They didn't even try to contact another company to arrange for someone else to take us. They couldn't even be bothered to apologize. They promised to call back the next day to "make it right," and unsurprisingly, they never did. If you want a transportation company you can depend on -- or at least one that will be professional when mistakes happen -- go somewhere else. read more

Nice bus WORST driver ever!! If you like being ejected from your seat every 15 seconds because of inexperienced driving this is the place to go! The driver didn't know how to operate any of the equipment so the Ipod didn't work for the first 40 minutes until we had time to mess around with it and get the settings right... awesome. & To top it all off, the driver avoided the freeway at all costs taking the longest route possible adding another $200 to my friends final bill. nice. We hired Crystal Coach to take our bridal party from the hotel to the wedding venue with stops in between at a few photo locations. We rented the 10-passenger limo. Pros: -Our driver was prompt -Everything was as advertised - no hidden fees or surprises, tax and tip included -Good rates compared to other area vendors -The car was clean and in good condition. -Our driver was very helpful and friendly. He always helped me (the bride) in and out of the limo and even had umbrellas in the trunk for the bridal party! He always put us first. -Our driver navigated us around as directed without any problems, even handling last-minute changes in our route without any problems. Cons: -None! read more

I booked their new 30 person party bus for my husband's bday party. Our entire group had a blast! The driver was super friendly and professional. When we weren't sure where we wanted to go (but knew we wanted to spend time on the bus driving around and enjoying great views), he said he had a couple of options in mind. He drove us from North Seattle to Alki and we were able to enjoy amazing views the whole time. He even knew where a nice and clean (!) public restroom was when we needed one. We used Crystal Coach's party bus for a group of us having a night out in Seattle. It was amazing inside the bus. Beautifully decorated. So much fun. Rented a limo for my boyfriend's birthday. Everyone had a great time. Russ was patient with lively group. He took us all over the city and gave fun nightlife recommendations. The value is incredible and only slightly more expensive than Uber SUV. Two hours with tip was only $204. Obviously tip a little extra at those rates. My only consumers pointer would be: request a confirmation call or text a few minutes prior to pick up. The company is great about sending confirming email but if you prepay a week prior you might be concerned they won't show up for the surprise (they show up on time but if you worry like me...make the request). Crystal Coach Limousines was recommended to me by a friend. Most limousine companies were reluctant to do one hour rentals. I called Michelle by phone and asked about rates. She was extremely helpful in planning my day of wedding transportation & extremely reasonable. Everything was easy sneezy. She took my reservation over the phone and sent me an email confirmation. On the day of the wedding our driver arrived with a 20 passenger party bus on time. Michael was our driver and he was cool, calm and collected even on a crazy Friday in downtown Seattle with Hempfest in full affect. Not only did we travel in style, he made sure our entire bridal party was able to jump off and get those precious Pike Place moment photos that we'll treasure for a lifetime. We arrived at the wedding venue safe and sound. My wedding day flew by but the party bus was definitely a highlight of those memories. Hands down they were absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again in the future! If you're looking for transportation I would check in with Crystal Coach Limousines before anyone else. We rented a limo and a stretch hummer for our bachelorette and bachelor party. The guys loved their hummer driver and really enjoyed the service. So this would be a five star review if the girls had the same luck with their driver. The girls however were not so lucky. Michael was our driver and he was rude from the start. The company knew it was a bachelorette party and he should have expected a group of drunk and happy girls. Whenever one of my guests asked him a question he gave short unhelpful response. Bottom line is he was a jerk and I feel sorry for anyone who gets him in the future. read more

My husband and I hired A Crystal Coach Limousine service for his 40th birthday. I called to make the reservation and received an email confirmation, with a confirmation number. On the night of, we had 20 people at our house waiting for the bus. We called after they were 15 minutes late and spoke to Tony. They did not have our reservation, even though we had a confirmation. The best Tony did was offer to go get a rig, maybe get here in an hour, which would make him an hour and a half late, and then waive the tip or give us a free hour. We declined. I would never recommend this company. They were horrible at attempting to fix their screw up and Tony could use some training in customer service. We wound up changing our plans all while still accommodating 20 people. Do not use this company. Ever. read more

I really appreciated their low rates but the person over the phone said she'd get us VIP at a certain club and when we showed up to the place our name wasn't even on the list. How embarrassing. If it weren't for the cool driver I would've called to complain. So be sure if you are told you will be put on VIP then call and check first to save the embarrassment.
