Not too convincing. I ordered bibimpap and noodle bowl. Bibimbap: it's served in a stone bowl but it's room temperature. I understand that it might not be sizzling stone bowl bibimbap, but at least the rice should be hot/very warm. The bowl was cold. Everything in the bowl from veggies to rice was room temperature. Noodle bowl: surprisingly this bowl is warmer than the bibimbap. The bite size tofu is good. All the veggies seem fresh though. Both dishes have tons of veggies, which I appreciate a lot. Overall this place offer healthy/gluten free options, but the flavor is just not there.

Everything here is so delicious and comforting, and the folks are so nice! Prices are reasonable and portions are great, especially for Boulder. It's our go-to Korean in the area! Plus great vegetarian options!

I found myself in this relatively hole-in-the-wall cafe, on recommendation from my coworker. I never gave it much thought before, but once I stepped inside, I found it charming and incredibly down-to-earth. The humble atmosphere is complete with small occasional wall hangings and a wide mix of wooden furniture, akin to what you might find in a variety of antique stores. I didn't initially realize they served food until it was made into my lunch plan. Once I saw the menu, the burrito with beef was the obvious choice for me. Adding a fried egg was quite the cherry on top, worth the slight up-charge. The burrito was extremely flavorful, juicy, and overflowing. I chose medium, which was nice and slightly spicy, but not over the top. It was served in a pseudo-ramiken, which helped catch said overflow while consuming. All dishes per person were grouped on wooden platters, a nice touch. My coworker went with the bibimbap, which was also a healthy portion and flavored equally well. The staff we ordered from was very nice, patient and attentive. And a decent lunch rush came in right after us, which didn't seem to phase her in the slightest. We were incredibly pleased by this humble Korean cafe and will certainly be back.

    Certainly not bibimbap ‍

If you're here for bibimbap, go somewhere else. Their "bibimbap" meat tastes like cut-up reheated hamburger patties. No bean sprouts, no glass noodles, no spinach, and their choice of rice isn't the norm for bibimbap dishes. It just ends up tasting like a strange salad bowl from any other restaurant. Service and Ambiance were fine. Hopefully they change their recipe.

    Vegan dumplings and Jasmine tea.

The Tteokbokki did not even taste like Tteokbokki and was gross. Ludicrously overpriced food and annoyingly loud atmosphere.

Truth be told, it was later in the afternoon, and I actually went with tea instead of coffee that day, but from everything I saw, this place was packed with a lot of people enjoying their caffeine. The Barista was super friendly and the shop had a ton of space which I'm sure gets used all the time with Boulder being a college town. I do know, my buddy really enjoyed his coffee and next time we go back to this beautiful town, I will for sure be partaking in their coffee goodness. It really did have a great vibe and from what I can tell, it looks to be one of the more popular coffee spots in the city. Hope to visit again soon.

We were foiled in our attempt to get coffee at The Dairy Center, but this spot was quite close. The shop is a bit crowded with lots of round tables and a small amount of counter seating facing the outside windows. There's a wall of bookshelves stocked with reading material. There's also some outside seating. The staff was friendly, but it seemed to take an extremely long time to make my girlfriend's latte. We were both tired and a bit cranky, so perhaps we were impatient. It actually took about six minutes to make that one drink, after checking my notes. Hmmm. I don't know what they do when they get busy. My girlfriend reported that her latte was fine, so I guess that's the conclusion. Pretty average.

We were surprised to find it very crowded at 4pm when we visited. There's a small area at the front of the restaurant and a lot of folks were gathered there waiting for their tables. It took several minutes before the hostess checked us in and let us know it would be a few minute wait. A bit later we were guided to our seats. I appreciated that they took trouble to make it feel like a special experience - with white tablecloths, decor and the cutlery. They seemed a bit short staffed that day so our server was helping out many tables. He was very helpful in explaining the menu, though we did have to ask specifically to receive the full tea menu. We decided on a few teas to share - a spiced white chocolate white tea, rooibos chai, and a hibiscus cooler (iced and non-caffeinated). The spiced white chocolate was fantastic. I wasn't as much of a fan of the rooibos but if you like less sweet teas this is a good choice. The hibiscus cooler was delicious and refreshing, and I liked that they let us take it to go! Our amuse bouche came out first - a delicious pumpkin seed savory small soup and it was fantastic. We eagerly awaited our tea tower - and it certainly did not disappoint! We are still thinking about the delicious spinach and artichoke pinwheel with olive tapenade - it was our absolute favorite. The savory sandwiches were also delicious. We especially enjoyed the clotted cream and lemon curd with the scone, and the desserts were delectable. We were stuffed by the end of our teatime! Our server was very helpful and despite it being very busy, we felt taken care of. I think this is a very worthwhile experience - the tea, sweets, and savories are all delicious and definitely worth checking out!
