All you do is pack it up and send it via Fed Ex and the very next day you get a call from the gold buyer with an offer depending on the quality and amount you send. I've found what they offer is higher than what I'd been offered locally going into a walk in place. Now, if you don't want to take their offer, they'll send you back your gold, no issues. If you do want to take the offer, you have several ways to be paid. You can have them transfer directly to you bank account, but you have to provide them with your account number and bank routing number. I would give zero stars if I could. I sent them my jewelry and received a call with an offer. It was lower than I was willing to sell for so I requested they return it. I provided them with all of my information and they agreed to return it, signature required. I received a notice they could not deliver it, but the address was not where I am living? They sent it to an old address that I have not lived at for 6 months? They used correspondence from several months before, not what I had just provided to them. I have been waiting three weeks and it's lost in limbo with the postal service. I'm hearing apologies and I have to drive over 30 minutes away and hope the post office from my old neighborhood has it. If not, it is returned to their office after 30 days then they have to resend it. They admit fault but I'm doing the running around to locate it. The offers they give are very low and they cannot be trusted to return your items if you do not accept their offer. I say would be best to find a reputable business locally. read more
