I first fell in love with A Delightful Concept after seeing a friend's wedding video highlight. I laughed and cried! I knew right away that someday, when I got engaged, I would be using them for videography. Fast forward a few months and I was engaged. They were the first vendor I contacted and I'm happy to say they were wonderful to work with throughout my almost 2 year engagement. Daniel was always professional and incredibly nice in his emails back and forth with me. They gave us worksheets to fill out all the information they needed to make our wedding videos as "us" as possible. Needless to say, the planning process with A Delightful Concept was... delightful :-) The day of the wedding was amazing. When they arrived, they introduced themselves and began their work. Brides are often nervous that their photographers and videographers will be overwhelmingly up in everyone's space, tripping people or getting in the way of guests views. I can honestly say I hardly noticed them through the night unless I was looking for them. After the wedding, my mom mentioned to me that although our videographers and photographers were not from the same company, they worked together like a "well choreographed ballet." No one was in the way, it wasn't like paparazzi everywhere. They were dressed professionally in black and thus blended in to the background. They never bothered anyone, never got in the way. I only wish I could have hugged them and thanked them before they quietly slipped out. All works of art take time, so we received our highlight video about 3 months after the wedding (which was actually a bit sooner than the contract stated. Yay!). On Christmas Eve, our highlight was posted and emailed to us. What a wonderful gift to be able to share it with our families when everyone was together! I never doubted their creativity or skills... but I was still absolutely shocked by how incredible the short video was. It's artistic. It's full of all the emotion we had on our wedding day. It has only songs that have meaning to us that were part of our day (which was music themed- so this was key). Like the first time I saw one of their videos, I laughed and cried-- but this time it meant SO much more. We received the documentary version a few weeks later and We have already watched it at least 3 times. A lot of couple's forego videography to save money. I highly recommend being a little in debt if needed. Totally worth it. My husband mentioned being a little disappointed that I didn't cry during our ceremony, but watching the video of our vows proves that I had tears in my eyes! If we hadn't invested in videography, I wouldn't remember that I as I started my father daughter dance, I told my dad "This is so much better!" (Better than dancing our awkwardly choreographed, terrifying first dance). So many things would've been missed and forgotten without having our beautiful video. I'm not sure I can express with words how grateful I am that A Delightful Concept was part of our wedding Dream Team. I will recommend them to EVERYONE I can. Thank you so much! :-) read more

Working with A Delightful Concept was a great experience for me and my Husband. I was referred to to A Delightful Concept by a friend and when I reached out to them 9 months before the Big Day to see if they were available to do the videography, I was beyond happy that they were available. Daniel and his team were great to work with throughout the whole experience. My Husband and I communicated and worked closely with Daniel, he is very professional, caring and provided us with a lot of options as well as his own thoughts of what would work for my wedding. My husband and I were very happy to work with A Delightful Concept for our wedding day. The day of the wedding, Daniel and his team were very prompt and started working right away. My wedding was a long day and I was happy to find a wedding videographer who worked with me throughout the whole day. Now that I think back, I never saw them capturing the big important moments of my Big Day, they were like ninjas. When my Husband and I received the raw footage, there was so much that was captured and it just put a big smile on our faces to see such amazing work as well as all of the big moments that happened throughout the day. The best part was receiving our wedding highlight video, I couldn't help, but watch it over and over and while watching it over and over, it reminded me of what an awesome and great day it was to get married. It brought back happy thoughts and tears of joy and happiness! A Delightful Concept did an amazing job, we received our wedding highlight video within 3 months and that was way sooner than what the contract stated, that was a plus! Just another update... 6 months later and I still CRINGE watching our ceremony. Danny and Vanessa were so lazy and never once moved their cameras. They just stood still and lazy on their tripod and just adjusted their angle and most of the time they are even out of focus. It looks like crappy iPhone footage to be honest. I don't even have a normal angle of my ceremony... they just stood on the sides the whole time. Probably because they came late to my ceremony and lied to me about that. Danny is a liar and a crook. if i could give a delightful concept a negative 10, i would!!!! i don't even know where to start. so according to our contract, we were suppose to get a a 10-12 extended highlight film, raw footage on a hard drive, 1 dvd master copy, 1 blu-ray disc. what did i get?? a 10-12 extended highlight film (which i have to admit it was nice) but i'm sure any wedding videographer would of done a good job, and 2 usb with about 50-60 random wedding clips that were 2 to 3 minutes long which were not, some didn't even have sound, some looked like my little cousin was taking a video because they were not focus and the camera was moving so fast it made us dizzy!!! all i wanted was a long wedding video on a dvd so my husband and i could watch a 6 to 7 hour video of our wedding so i can relive the best day of my life!! thank you for ruining the video of the best day of my life and now i have to pay someone else to fix your job!!! horrible just horrible! i even fed them a good expensive plate and this is what i get!! you should of explained your contract better and if i would of known this is what you offered, i would of never hired you!!!! my advice to every couple about to get married, do your research and ask questions of what you are getting. read more
