Go to pick up vehicle and obviously something happened while in shop that fell against side of bed of my truck. Was painted a couple of months before so I KNOW was not there before was in thier shop no doubt about it. Brought to Owners attention basically told me to pound sand! After decades of doing business with this establishment. Secondly had a brake replacement done prior to that. Must of had a lug nut strip and replaced with another one....no big deal right!? Wrong! Was replaced with one two sizes bigger which means if I had that tire go flat would have not been able to remove it due to not having correct lug wrench size. Attitude of owner is the reason for review haven't been back and won't be. If you need a smog you probably will be okay with that though. Thank You Mr Sanchez.

My mother loved C&T and trusted them until the day she died. I can see why…read more I have had no heat in my car, and I've been getting a light that my engine is too hot, so I brought my car here. I was worried that I needed a water pump or even a new radiator, and I was sweating dollar signs. Miguel had one of his mechanics check the radiator fluid level, and he added about a gallon. He wouldn't let me pay, and told me to drive it to make sure that solved the problem. I did, and that was totally the solution. After a good-natured chewing out about better maintenance, I ended up paying $20. He totally could have gouged me for megabucks; I know nothing about cars. Instead, he did the least that was needed and got me back on the toad. Like my mom, I will swear by this place from now on.

Someone is lying so beware of this places they don't care about you or getting your car back on the road they want to give you the runaround and waste your time and money.

Found this shop from a family member, the owner is wonderful, the staff is great, the charge and…read moretiming is always fair. They used to have a repair shop closely associated but it shut down. Now they just give you a read out and let you know what needs repair, but won't be able to fix or recommend anybody specific. Brought my 03 Dodge Neon in January, got the smog service, but found it needed a fix. Got the fix done, had to wait for the code to clear to come back and get the smog certification. This shop also does DMV services and allowed me to pay for my tags, pick up a new annual year tag, and walk out a happy customer. I highly recommended this smog shop!
