These operators are out to f you into purchasing UNNECESSARY services. Saying that some numbers which are supposed to be on the catalyc converter were not identifable. the young man could not see or identify the numbers so even though my van passed the rigorous star emissions portion he failed me on the visual. This is a joke. I am not going to pay hundreds of dollars to have this shop install a new converter when the complex and expensive government equipment says good to go. Shame I can not Express myself with the words I really want to use. : -(........ It's not comical visually failing a vehicle which just passed a very rigorous government machine test. Visually failing a 1998 town and country is the worst experience you can provide to a client. The absolute worst. Your clients are blue collar we dont have the money to pay you to replace a perfectly working part. We have Bill's to pay. do not get taken advantage by this shop. they are looking for suckers to pay for unnecessary repairs! shame on you. an emissions test being failed because of a visual failure is you the shop trying to take advantage of us regular hard working people. the car passed the emissions and you decided to f me royally. thank you so much for taking a big giant poop on my day.
