Wow all I can say this is the best experience I had with a company ever I put in a request to get some quotes on getting new ACs because my AC's been in his house since day one it was built in the 1970s got a call from Justin I guess he might be the owner or just works there but I got a feeling he got steak in the company well I got to call back less than 24 hours later he was out he looked at the what I had he gave me an estimates and all that stuff a few days later he gave me a couple options about a week or so later I got back at him I said hey let's get this started Ava I guess the young lady who works in the office I told her let's get started she started to financing she got me a pretty good deal for financing we went through all the paperwork and all that good stuff The finance company pretty much screwed up but she apologized and then we finally got it straight through the finance company then after we got everything straight they were out a week later they did all the work they said they'll take about 2 days Justin and his crew was on point pretty professional they said it was a pretty difficult difficult putting The furnace inn but they pretty much got it squared away It looks neat professional they cleaned up after every single day and the whole crew was easy to talk to they made it easy on the family they made it easy to work with them they had to kind of folks you invite to a barbecue All I can say a week before I'll call them a big AC company they never showed up and gay men excuse why they didn't show up so I called Justin and they were on point I definitely use them again if I ever buy another house or need any kind of AC or heating products because these guys are on point they definitely treat you like family they explain everything to you and they go out of their way they even gave me two Wi-Fi thermostats since I had two ACs I just asked questions about the thermostats and he threw those in there I'm like hey well thank you I appreciate that man All I got to say if you want to get ACs if you have any heating problems If you have any AC problems I definitely ask for these guys cuz they're on point they know what the hell they doing And you sure can't go wrong with the finance companies they go with they give you a choice read more

I had this company out again to service my air conditioning when it went out in 115 degree heat! They are really the best around! They even made the trek all the way to California City. I found Qwiktime on Yelp and saw their reviews. I needed someone to tune up my HVAC. I messaged them on Yelp and the owner Justin was very responsive to my messages. He told me in detail what the service entails: "Check of all amps draws on all motors, temp split, clean condenser coils, and check all electrical." They do the same thing for the heater components. He gave me the baseline price. I gave them a call to set up my appointment for the next week, but they didn't answer so I left a voice message. Sharlene called me the same day and I made an appointment. Sharlene also mentioned to me that she can put me on a list of reminder calls to have check ups on my HVAC twice a year for the heater and AC. I thought that was very awesome because reminders are so great for me! On the day of the service, Angel aka AJ, called me about an hour before he was coming. After he did the service of tuning up my HVAC for the AC, he called me and gave me the details on what he did, and he sent me a picture after the cleaning of the HVAC. He did a fantastic job! August 30, 2022 I had a blower motor and capacitor replaced. Today had another company replace the exact same parts - AC unit had been left open by tech following repair, and blower motor was incorrect size with incorrect wire guages, wrapped with black electrical tape. We are lucky we didn't have a fire, because there is evidence of overheating on the wires. ​This was very poor workmanship on the part of the tech and a general lack of mechanical and electrical knowledge. Our heater went out the day after Christmas. I was not confident anyone would be available that day but Qwik Time was. My husband called and was given a time between 12:00pm and 4pm that day. Angel called me within a half hour and was at my house at 11:30. Our only access to the attic was foamed over and it took him about 30 minutes to get it open. He was very careful but I told him to just rip it open. He immediately found the problem and fixed it. Angel waited and ran the heat several times to make sure it was working well.
