Well, I should probably be writing this review in Spanish, but my thoughts would be exactly the…read moresame in any language. I came here to watch the World Cup match--of course, I'm Argentinian. Our table ordered a milanesa sandwich, milanesa a caballo, gnocchi with pink sauce, and matambre. The matambre was excellent: well seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. The beef milanesas were also tender, but, in my opinion, they were sliced a little too thin. In the sandwich, the tomato ended up being more noticeable than the meat, and since I was expecting the milanesa to be the star of the dish, I was a little disappointed. That said, the bread was fantastic. The gnocchi were good overall. I really enjoyed the pink sauce, although the pasta itself seemed just a bit overcooked. To finish the meal, we ordered cappuccinos. They were wonderfully creamy, though I personally would have liked the coffee to be a little stronger. The medialunas were excellent--fresh, soft, buttery, and delicious. To top off the night, I took home a box of ham and cheese tea sandwiches (sándwiches de miga). This morning I toasted a couple for breakfast, and honestly, it was the best part of my day so far. Finally, the service... it felt unmistakably Argentinian. Warm, genuine, and welcoming. Thank you for making us feel, even if just for a little while, like we were back home. And, to top it all off, we won!!!!

A staple in the Argentinian restaurants. Always great service…read more Restaurant is simple and spacious. They have ample seating inside, and some outside tables. We went later in the day so there wasn't a lot of medialunas left. The medialunas didn't taste as fresh, but were still delicious. We also ordered two sanguches de miga, one toasted. They were delicious, perfectly toasted and fluffy. Can't wait to go back earlier, and enjoy more facturas options.

Came here with a big group so we made a reservation, but honestly on a weekday you could probably…read morewalk in without much trouble since it's not too crowded. Service was super attentive and quick -- our food came out fast and everything felt smooth even with a large party. The flavors were really good and everything tasted fresh. The Neapolitan milanesa completely stole the show. It's HUGE and comes with two sides, so definitely think about sharing. Portions here are generous in general. Prices are a little on the higher side, but it's worth it because the food is actually really tasty. Do not skip dessert. The tiramisu is one of the best I've had -- so good. The flan wasn't my favorite, but I'd still 100% come back and just order the tiramisu again.

The portions seem small at first but they are so filling. The inside is spacious and has nice lighting, not too bright, not too dim. The service is pretty good, the gentleman that brings the bread was really nice. Our server was also nice, we just had to wait a little while to get our check but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, this place is worth checking out for yourself. I imagine all their food is as good as this.

Subtracting a star for the service, which has gone way downhill. No wonder this restaurant was…read moreempty, while Motek and Gabby restaurants on either side of it were full. Our waiter took forever to come to our table and essentially disappeared after taking our order. We had to beg for attention to get water refills and even our check! And even after asking for the check, still had to wait another five minutes to get it. The food is still good here, I enjoyed my Chilean sea bass, but the zero effort service will prevent me from visiting again. Hope management will read this and take steps to improve service and be more attentive to the very few customers they have.

A bit PRICEY but GREAT FOOD!…read more The restaurant first of all is absolutely GORGEOUS, its hands down one of the prettiest restaurants I've ever dined at, I absolutely fell in love with the decor and atmosphere of this restaurant. With its hanging chandeliers, pink velvet chairs, and pops of pink and green, it's a fun restaurant that feels so elegant and glamorous at the same time. It's so beautiful! The food here was surprisingly very good but the restaurant is definitely a bit more on the pricey side. We ordered the meat empanadas and the tuna tartare to start and both dishes were really good but for $27 I've definitely had better tuna tartare elsewhere for cheaper. It was a good dish but not the best tuna tartare I've had - the dish was missing some acidity to it (maybe some lemon). We also ordered the chicken avocado sandwich and it was massive - such a big portion - and it was really good but again at $25 a bit pricey for a crispy chicken sandwich. The star of our dinner was the mushroom risotto I absolutely fell in love with this dish! At first when I ordered it I was really skeptical about the granola topping on the mushroom risotto but I decided to try it just to see and it was absolutely amazing. One of the BEST mushroom risotto dishes I've ever had and coming from someone who grew up in Switzerland and Italy that is really a compliment. I'll be back to PANI just for the mushroom risotto because it was that good - truly a 5 star dish! We ended our meal with the Nutella crepes and the key lime pie. Both dishes were good but the key lime pie was lacking a bit of acidity in the dish, it was a bit more on the sweet side than tart for a key lime pie. Service was good and even the manager stopped by the table to check on us and see how we were doing. Overall if you're in the area and don't mind paying a little more for the food it's a great restaurant to dine at. They have an interesting menu, good food, and service. Highly recommend!
