The service here is absolutely terrible. Yesterday, when I went to get food, I was met with rudeness and audacity. The employee in question can be seen in the attached picture. For some reason, she decided to ignore me even though I was first in line and instead served the person behind me. When I politely asked why, her response was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My recommendation: Stay away from this establishment.

Located in the A Ventura Mall, this bakery is a must!!! Coffee is delicious. There is a large variety of yummy sweet treats, pizzas & sandwiches. Every thing is made fresh on premise.

Stopped for a coffee with a friend and Rosetta Bakery did not disappoint. We went straight for coffee so off to the far end, you can order just coffee and not have to wait the line for food. **Even though it was SO tempting! Their food looked fresh and delicious. All sorts of paninis, baked goods, and more. If it wasn't because we had lunch reservations, we would've ordered food too!** They do have a large portion of seating right in-front of the Bakery but keep in mind this place is popular, the likelihood that it is full is very possible. We both ordered an Iced Mocha and it was made to utter perfection. It was a nice treat before our lunch date. Would definitely stop by again and try more goodies!

Great and beautiful bakery with all its pastries and goods in display! What you see is what you get! With fair prices, in my opinion. Very well maintained and organized. Although, the service leaves much to be desired. I think the staff needs more experience on customer service because they're lacking that. (That's the reason i'm taking off 1 star)

Food is made fresh, service was fast and very polite, it's very clean place, definitely recommend to have coffee with these sandwiches

Rosetta always had delicious pastries and sandwiches, as a French person I am l quite picky and I approve the quality. Service is quite fast, the sitting can get busy but generally you will find a spot. It can get quite noisy because it's in the middle of the mall with tall ceilings. The coffee is OK, they use Julius beans which the roasting is too dark (because of the beans quality) so it's not the best tasting coffee. But if you take a drink with enough milk in it, it tastes fine :-)

Today, we stopped by Rosetta Bakery in the morning at Aventura Mall. This bakery is so nicely decorated, very clean with a cozy and comfy ambiance. You just want to spend an hour there taking in the wonderful aromas of the baking breads and desserts. There is a small area to sit and enjoy a coffee with sandwich or dessert. Very nice. We ordered lunch to go, a freshly made Prosciutto and Provolone Croissant sandwich and a Nutella donut. Did I say delicious? Oh, yessss! To find the bakery, drive over to Abigail Rd at the Aventura mall by Macy's Women's store, go thru the store to the inside of the mall, and you will find Rosetta Bakery. Be prepared to put a smile on your face!

Pastries were delicious and pizza was okay nothing special, priced right for the quality. Place is clean and presentable, unfortunately staff are a bit Rude and not professional. Staff definitely need a good customer service training.

Great part about this place is that it's always moving. There's a lot of movement of food and people so you know you're going to get a fresh bite. We got 2 different types of sandwiches and they were both delicious. One sandwich had prosciutto and it was incredible tasty. The other was a caprese inside a croissant which was my personal flavor. Even without meat, it was so tasty. The croissant was so buttery and flaky. So delicious! The staff is so helpful and she even offered to toast the sandwiches for us. And yes. Toasted is better! I also did get a cappuccino which was delicious and perfect. My husband got a fresh squeezed orange juice and it was great. Nice and fresh and not acidic at all. They have an ample seating area which is very nice. There's lots of table and an area with a sofa. Really comfy! Great for a morning or afternoon break.

This is a cute spot inside Aventura mall. I gave it a try and it did not disappoint me. Pastries are very delicious, fresh and handmade. Way too expensive for a pastry but you get what you pay for. The service could be better, even though they explain to you about their pastries they can also hurry you up which makes hard to choose the right pastry. Overall is a good place.

Cappuccino

Good coffee and okay food. The location is very loud because the location is in a mall and seating is limited. But the food is given quickly.

Fruit tart and chocolate donut

Super cute shop! They have a selection of sweet and savory treats and you can enjoy them as you watch kitchen staff prepare bread and other menu items fresh. The fruit tart was so delicious that my cousin saw it and had to get one with me. I would definitely suggest this to anybody looking for a cozy and tasty snack.

I loved the roses throughout the property--they added such a beautiful touch. We only ordered the affogatos, but wow, they were delicious. The vanilla gelato was smooth and flavorful, and the espresso shot was rich and perfectly balanced. At $11, it felt a bit pricey, but I would absolutely order it again. One thing to note: they charge $9 for water, which I wish had been disclosed beforehand. Other than that, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely come back.

The space is absolutely beautiful ~ roses everywhere, elegant decor, and very Instagrammable from the moment you walk in. One thing that stood out, however, was a very strong scent sprayed in the hallway upon entry. My friend, who is sensitive to strong smells, felt sick afterward. It didn't linger heavily at the table, but for anyone sensitive to fragrance, this could definitely be an issue. As for the food, our Eggs Benedict initially came out overcooked, but our server Jonathan A. handled it perfectly. He immediately took it back, asked the chef to remake it, and the second round was spot on. Great recovery and attentive service on his part. I ordered a hazelnut cappuccino, not realizing that cinnamon lettering would be added on top. I personally don't tolerate cinnamon, so I removed the foam and didn't say anything, but this might be something for management to consider ~ asking guests beforehand would be appreciated. Overall, the service was good, valet is offered upon arrival, and the ambiance is lovely. While it didn't completely blow my mind, it's still a beautiful spot with solid service. All things considered, I'd honestly give it 4 stars and would return, especially for the atmosphere.

It's the kind of place where you can just grab a book off the table and read while you eat, which makes for such a relaxing morning. The coffees are consistently excellent and the food is very tasty. For this visit, I had the Neverland iced coffee and the Golden Tater Tot meal, while my wife had the croissant with Nutella, banana, and strawberries along with the Passionate fruit drink. My sister-in-law opted for the Firehouse breakfast with a pistachio coffee, and everyone was thrilled with their choices. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which is why we keep coming back. I even ended up going back to the counter to grab a strawberry latte to go, and it was surprisingly good--the perfect way to end the meal. Whether you're looking for a great caffeine fix or a hearty breakfast, this spot hits the mark every time.

The turn in is a bit awkward, but there parking lot was pretty much empty at that time (and completely full by the time we left). I do not have a large car and the spots are super narrow. If you drive a truck, I would not try to park in the inner lot in front of the entrance. The place is clearly LGBT friendly; kudos for the pride flags out front. I immediately felt like I was walking into a hipster cafe in Cali. You order and pay inside; get a table number and the bring your food and drinks out to you. There's indoor and outdoor seating. I got the secret pita and golden latte. Service was relatively quick. Drink came then food shortly after. I totally wasn't thinking when I got the golden latte. It was a bit warm outside for a hot latte but I wanted to try something unique. Hard to describe but I enjoyed it. It came with granola on the dish. Not sure if you are supposed to throw it in. The squirrels and birds ended up eating mine. Yes, there was a lot of wildlife that was not shy. The squirrel was literally eating out of my hand and would have sat on our table if my friend allowed it. The bird flew in and did just that though. Came back for seconds a few times. Then as the place got busier, they must have gone off to bother others. As an animal lover, this was a fun perk but may be a turn off to some. The presentation for the pita was unexpected. I had to open a the box to get to my meal. You can choose how the egg is cooked. I went with the default sunny side up. The chorizo hit. Hummus was ok. Kind of bland. I didn't care for olives and picked the fruit off my dessert pita. Felt like I had enough pita carbs by the time I got to it. The ambiance was mostly peaceful. They do play music which was on the border of getting too loud. Coffee was pricy but all coffee is now. The food was also on the high end. This would be a major factor on whether to come back. I don't recall anything unique on the menu aside from the pita. The menu appears to change seasonally though.

You can tell they care about the experience. But the real standout is the Portobello burger. Instead of a traditional bun, they use Portobello mushrooms, and paired with a glass of wine, it's easily one of the most delicious things I've had in a long time. Maybe While also reinforcing loud conversations or cell phone use isn't allowed? Perhaps there's something I'm missing here. Besides that, both meals I've had here were meh. The service was non existent and cold, dismissive. I don't believe the server, a woman, spoke a word to me. I walked in, she came over and gave me a menu. I flagged her over to place my order, still no words, and had to flag her over to ask for water. The meek portion of soup was bland with an over powerful taste of cilantro with an unbalanced taste of quinoa with a few shreds of chicken. Upon finishing the soup, she cleared table, without words, didn't ask if I wanted anything else nor provided the check and my water was empty. I stayed awhile, wondered if I'd get a check or there was something else I was expected to do which I figured out after the man at another table went to the desk to pay. Being a local, I'd love to enjoy this experience but I'm not sure how this place keeps its doors open if this is what the experience is like. The only extra star is for the true feel of a cafe and ambiance but that's all I can speak for.
