TRUST ME! It is critical that I be fair. 4/87 reviews 1 star. I value small business & livelihoods. Many positive reviews,but the unforgivable ones matter the most, especially recent. (End of write up has my response to his response of blatant falsehoods) Miguel called me, offered a higher price than what I had set up 2 days ahead, but he could do it the next morning. I accepted, he confirmed & asked that I email. Photos are the entire rest of the story for all to judge for themselves. 1)He confirmed the voice call and appointment as laid out in email not shown. 2)45 mins later, he can't do it, change of time request 3)Big problems for me, domino of others affected. I explain it & request compromise. 4) He has perfect solution, better price and in morning with instructions. 5) I thank him for being honorable and follow instructions. (6-9) I don't hear back, I look up the business he had covering for him, it's a 1 star different phone number on yelp. I find another business by the phone # he gave, and that biz is also problem ridden. I email my concerns. Don't leave me hanging, phone number shut off all morning, no response to emails or voicemails from his back up, and no response to my calls or the emails provided. Miguel intentionally caused hardship for many others. He easily could have said he's not doing the job. He chose to inflict hardship instead. This is the lowest one can go in any type of interaction. Intentional false promises & ghosting is simply appalling behavior. If he would do this to me, I don't care how many good reviews came B4 mine, this is who he & his business are today! 3 days later, nothing from him or his backup plan. Inexcusable & deliberate! (He responded, Here's the reality. 1) He had 3 days to return calls and the 5 unanswered emails. He's only sorry he has to defend absurdity. 2) He couldn't honor the agreement, I suggested a compromise, he responded with what anyone would think is his way to cover his broken agreement. I never said I wouldn't pay the original rate 3) Crucial missing context text messages?, LMAO. I had to email him because I don't have text, he knows that. That is why I had to email him to generate his confirmation. He's blatantly lying. 4) We had offer and acceptance TWICE, once on the phone & once in his confirmation email. He was hired. I am so glad this move is over! Yay! A Fast Movers were great! I forgot to get pictures. My move was a little complex. I had stacks of box all over the house, and furniture. Some had to go to my new place the the rest had to go to storage. They were great with sorting. At the 1st stop, my furniture cloud barley fit. They had to do a lot of maneuvers to get it all in the doors and down the hall. They did great. They put everything where I wanted it. 2nd stop was my storage, that was done in 15 minutes. Wow! Fast, great team work. They even helped me re-arrange and sort the boxes that were already in there!! Amazing! They were nice about letting me give my input, as I move a LOT! Way more than any human should. LOL The truck they had was very very large, with that said, be very prepared that they drive safe (slow) so calculate a lot of drive time into your total time. They want to make sure your items don't shift. Great value!! Price can't be beat. Hourly included the truck, milage, gas!! Way to go!! They are a family owned and runned business. They been in business 4 years. Miguel was very responsive. Make sure you keep in touch with them, verify/confirm your date and time a week before, 3 days before, the day before. I used Fast Movers a year ago when moving from a 2b 2 story condo into a 1b 1 story condo. It is family operated (Father and 2 son's). They were polite, very careful with my belongings, and worked very diligently as a team, so I called them again for my next move. They have a 2 hour minimum but I asked Miguel since the move was in the same complex, same building, 2 doors down, if he would just do the labor for 1 hour at $120 cash and he said "no problem." The only thing I would have to mention is that even if you're running behind from a prior move (cause understandably shit happens, please notify your next client ahead of time). Miguel did finally text back to apologize for not getting back with me sooner but a simple thumps up to my text would have saved me so much stress (did something happen, do I need to hire new movers this late in the day???) I would still hire Fast Movers again hands down. read more

A Fast Movers were great with communication, punctual, friendly and extremely efficient at our in house move. We requested an in house move of furniture of a new rental. They were quick to respond, great at communicating and more than punctual. We actually left them waiting 10 mins later than expected due to a last minute buffet visit, but there they were on time, as per our front gate call Extremely friendly, efficient and didn't damage anything. Great experience with this moving company. I think its a father and his two sons and they were punctual and arrived 5 minutes early. Moved very quickly and carefully. Was able to move out several very heavy items down a staircase without any damage. Heavy TV stand, queen bed and frame, kitchen table, two small sofas, large sofa and a bunch of smaller items all moved within two hours. I had informed them that I wanted to get assistance moving, they were very open with the dates I had requested and didn't require any initial deposits. They had a special running for 3 movers for the price of 2 ($120/hr with a 2 hour minimum) and it was the easiest move I've ever had. These men were prompt, trustworthy, and best of all CAREFUL with my belongings & furniture to ensure nothing got damaged during the move. It was efficient, they even had no problem picking up items from multiple locations! Their own company truck , dollys, ramps, rags and protective covers made it a smooth process as I wasn't required to provide any of that. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to make moving a breeze, you cannot beat the pricing and hard work their team provides.
