We just completed a move from Henderson, NV all the way out to the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. We simply could not have done it without the help of Seven Brothers Moving. Off the bat, Alona was incredibly helpful and professional in the info gathering phase - asking all the right questions so that no surprises come up for us, or for SBM. She was able to give me a price range for our move, but assured us that a firm price will be supplied once a visual assessment was taken. At the end of the call, she scheduled a video call at an agreed upon date and time for us to walk through our apartment with their estimator. The visual assessment call came exactly as scheduled, and had it not been for some technical difficulties on my end, it went without a hitch. A day after, Alona supplied us our fixed price proposal for our move. The morning of our move, Tristan texted me to let me know that the movers were en route. They actually got to our apartment complex early, but didn't ring the doorbell until the agreed upon start time of 8:30. At 8:30, Jett, Jose and Thomas got to work right away. Even though we were on the 3rd floor of our building that was without an elevator, these gentlemen made quick work of our boxes, furniture and belongings. We did our best to box our things up nicely, but the Team took great care to wrap furniture with the moving blankets and plastic wrap they had brought with them to mitigate any potential damage. In less than 3 hours, our apartment was emptied and our belongings were stacked neatly into the 20' Uhaul they had rented for the move. The drive out to Texas for Jett and Jose could not have been more difficult. We knew this first hand because we drive a nearly identical route just a few hours behind. It rained, then the sun came out, then it stormed. At the Arizona and New Mexico border, the moving truck had to take a detour on to a state road because of a train derailment that caused the I-40E to be shut down. Heading into Texas from New Mexico, there were reports of tornadoes that had touched down. All this to say that the Team went above and beyond to trek through some craziness while ensuring the safety and security of our belongings as well as staying safe on the road themselves. When we finally arrived in Texas, Jett and Jose got to our new place before we did. When we got our keys and opened the doors, they got right to work offloading the truck and moving our things in. Again, they moved quickly and efficiently, despite the humidity. Before we knew it, the truck was emptied and boxes were placed where we asked them to put them. We honestly could not have asked for a smoother move. Jett was quick to communicate through text with updates. Everyone on the Team was extremely courteous - I even had to ask Thomas to not address me as "sir". If you're looking for the cheapest move, Seven Brothers Moving isn't that, but if you're a believer like I am, that you get what you pay for, Seven Brothers Moving cannot be beat. Highly recommended. We needed 2 strong men to load a truck for a cross country move, Andrew and Uriel (I hope I have this name right), both were amazing at puzzling out how to fit everything into the truck. I've use this company for my last two moves. This recent move being a move to my first new home. My experience both times was amazing! All I had to do was have my stuff packed and ready to be moved but they moved everything from where it was I didn't have to move things from room to room in preparation. They wrapped all my furniture they didn't hit any walls in transport, they unwrapped the furniture at the new house staged everything that would be too big for me to move alone. I will begin with the fact that my aging mother in law had thought she had booked this company to move her to California this past weekend. I called the afternoon before and found out that she wasn't actually scheduled for the next day! Normally you would think that this would be a problem....Not for Seven Brothers Moving though!!!! Within an hour Tristan contacted me and arranged for a truck and movers for the next morning. Gad called me first thing in the morning to let me know the time they would be there and as soon as he and Jose got to the house they were on fire! I've never seen such conscientious and fast movers before in my life. They were so organized and polite. We are very happy to write a review of Seven Brothers Moving, who proved recently that they are the rock stars of packing and loading. Here's why we say that: We run Best Mexico Movers, which moves our clients' household goods to and from Mexico. In the US, we allow our clients to use the packers and loaders of their choice, as long as the packers and loaders are qualified. In this case, our client chose Seven Brothers. Due to the client changing their requirements, it turned out that our client's household goods weighed too much for the truck we sent. Normally, this would be a disaster, because we generally cannot deliver a second truck within hours, there are timing issues at the border and the clients have to be out of their home, so there would be no place to store our client's household goods. However, due to their attitude of helpfulness, quick thinking, and ability to execute, Seven Brothers Moving helped us to avoid this disaster. The expected response from packers and loaders in this situation would be something along the lines of "Sorry, that's not my problem. I did was I was paid to do, and now I have another job to go to. Good luck!" However, the response of the owner of Seven Brothers, Tristan Crookston, was just the opposite. Immediately, he asked what he and his team could do to help. Between Tristan, his very competent team, and us, we improvised a plan to have the truck go to Tristan's warehouse and remove exactly the correct amount of items, where Seven Brothers would store them and then, the next day load them onto a truck that would take the remaining items to our customs broker's warehouse at the border, which is exactly what happened. We are very grateful to Tristan and his team for going well above what would be expected and acting as true partners in making our joint client's move a success. New to Las Vegas and I hadn't had any experience with the services providers, so I searched on yelp and found 7 Brothers. I live 100 miles away in a rural town. With that comes a lot of inconveniences. One of which is trying to find a company that will deliver large items (like furniture, etc.) to my home. Somehow the stars aligned and I was given the contact info. for Tristan and I'm forever grateful for the universe bringing me Tristan. He went above and beyond for me. I purchased a ridiculously large floor mirror from a retail store in Henderson. Unfortunately, the delivery company the store uses does not deliver over 75 miles away. Enter Tristan to save the day. He not only delivered the mirror in perfect condition (he took great care in transporting and bringing in the item into my home); he went so far above providing me with the absolute best customer service. Although they got us moved, it wasn't without incident. A piece of our furniture was damaged. At first they wanted to offer $50.00 and call it a day. I said no and argued they should fix it. After some back and forth They made it right in the end by having a repair person out to fix the damage. I later noticed a second piece of furniture they chipped in several places. Things happen but I believe it could be avoided with proper wrapping and protection. The rate quoted ended up being doubled by the end of the move as they took longer than expected. They showed up without gassing up first. Although they stopped the clock while they went up get gas, we were delayed with the move. Otherwise the movers were friendly and communicated. read more

We had an 8.5 hour move tonight & this company did a very good job. 7 brothers made a drastic change in plans with very little notice. They have exceptional customer service in accommodating our needs . If you care about your belongings it'a worth paying for. The workers move at a good & reasonable pace and asked permission before adding additional equipment charges. We rather pay more and get it done right than cut corners and be disappointed. These guys saved the day! The moving team I'd originally hired couldn't complete the job, due to one of them getting injured midday (thanks to a not properly cleaned rental truck). I was panicked as I had nowhere to sleep and NOTHING in my new place. (Literally. I didn't even have toilet paper, and my car was at the rental lot.) It was all packed up and ready to unload, and I was supremely uncomfortable leaving the truck overnight. Not to mention I have a blind dog, and the apartment must have all furniture in place when he arrives for the first time, so he can learn the layout. The rental truck company arranged for Seven Brothers to finish my move. Andre and DJ arrived quickly and got straight to work. They were polite, professional, and wouldn't let me lift a finger to help. Their supervisor, Tristan, was also fantastic over the phone, and gave them permission to head back to retrieve the headboard that got left behind in the chaos that surrounded the first part of the move. We needed to move my brother furniture from Henderson, NV. to Califonia. I called them twice within 3 days to get an estimate. I talked to the lady answering the phone and everytime I was told someone was gone get back to me. They never did. Finally after the third call some finally one did call me back 4 days later and told me they will come to look at the amount of furniture in order to give me an estimate. They did showe up on time and looked at everthing. The guy said the office will sent me an estimate in the next two days. Five days later and there is still no estimates no calls no nothing. If this is how unorganiozed they are about getting buisness I can only imagine how unorganized they will be when it comes to doing buisness. read more

I was very grateful to have pedro and julian take care of my move. I feel bad i underestimated the amount of work that it would take. I should have asked for another man. At first I wasent sure how the day would go because Pedro was packing the truck like tetris and I really didnt think it was necessary. It soon became apprent that it was and I screwed up. Pedro and julian both busted ass all day. The truck ended up being so packed that we had to make two trips. If pedro had not packed the truck so well it would have resulted in a lot of extra work. Not once did any one complain, get lazy or drag feet. I was very happy with the whole service and happy to pay the bill at the end of the day. I got a 4 bedroom house moved, did very little work and was satisfied at the end for under a grand including the truck with extra supplies. The most impressive part of the experience was how much of a team player both guys were. These guys are awesome. Alana, the office manager was really kind and gave me tips to help me be ready for the move. She also followed up with me during the move to make sure everything was on the up and up. The moving guys -- Andre and another gentleman I can't remember the name of -- worked super hard the entire day to fill my POD. They did an awesome job wrapping all of the furniture. They also were having quite a time trying to get an office desk out of a room due to the shear size of the desk... not due to inexperience on their part. This review is going to sound like an ad for Seven Brothers Moving because they were sooooooo great. Great as in they carefully packed, moved and unpacked our stuff and every item made it safely and quickly to Tampa from Las Vegas. Moving is so much work and so disruptive but we had only good experiences with every single person that we met at Seven Brothers. First off Gad the estimator was so cheerful and optimistic about every aspect and also helped on moving day. All of the guys in Las Vegas were professional and worked super hard to get our stuff packed into the trailer. All the guys were so strong, careful and enthusiastic too. Jose G. was the master puzzler and strong as an ox. Personable Dave was too. The drivers got there in record time too. When we heard that the youngest guy; Jett was one of our drivers and a sweet lady named Alana we weren't sure if they could effectively also be our unloaders, but we were quite wrong. Both are hard workers and super caring and polite. In fact, everyone at Seven Brothers Moving is so polite. There is an app that allows you to see the progress of your stuff in transit if you want to know that but they text you from time to time just to check in with you. Super reliable. Another Jose (also strong as ever) flew to Tampa to join the team unloading. This team of three worked hard all day and did an excellent job of moving our stuff from the U-Haul van to just the right room. Nothing was damaged. One of the seven brothers; Tristan came to Tampa and helped near the end of the day too. They are such a close knit family team. We all hugged when they left. Seriously they are that fun to work with. Seven Brothers Moving is also quite competitively priced. They are worth every dollar. Please read other Yelp reviews before moving as we did.
