I would give 0 stars if I could. I got a Groupon and luckily they refunded my money. First it's a dodgy location and inside is no better. If you watch the news, it looks like a place where they do insurance scams. 2nd the massage was god awful, I think it was the mother of the so called chiropractor. She kept telling me in her thick Russian accent that I needed to get checked up by the chiropractor since she felt something wrong. Strange that another masseus has ever mentioned this probably because there is NOTHING WRONG with me. Lastly, they kept trying to sell me additional massages. The person that was leaving the room ahead of me looked angry and now I know why. I'm extremely dubious about the previous review. BEWARE!!!! read more

WORST massage ever!! Horrible location, scary to go there and inside is no better. I went in for a massage and the woman was horrible, my friends who aren't massage therapists probably could do a better job. It was like a lack of massage, just stroking my back. Its like the woman( the mother) learned one thing and couldn't do anything else. I told her I only wanted the back, and she kept on asking why, she always does the whole body. Then I asked her to concentrate on the shoulder blade area which I needed work on, did it for like 1 minute then did her same routine again. Also, during it she kept asking me personal questions about where you're from etc, and then trying to sell other massages that her daughter does. It didn't even feel like a massage. This women does not know how to do a massage!! What massage?? Do not go here! Waste of money and the location is horrible. read more

My sister got into a car accident a few days ago. A friend of mine referred my sister to these people. I have been coming with her everyday since the accident and I have to say that this is the best place to come after an accident. She had a bad seatbelt bruise that started forming. My sister started using this laser machine on her and I haven't seen any bruises yet. My sister also said that the pain is better and that she doesn't have to take anymore of her pain killers!! With regards to the reviews below, I'm really not sure why they are being harsh. Dr. Rusudan is amazing and doesn't deserve this treatment at all. I don't think these people realize that this is Dr. Rusudan's business, not the masseur's... To be crystal clear, these reviews have NOTHING to do with the kind and incredibly helpful chiropractor that runs the center. She has magnificent hands. You walk out feeling like as pliable and limber as a newborn. She is a wonder for preventative medicine. I recently started going here and I love it thy far. Great services. The Dr. Rusudan Dediashvili is such a caring person who actually listens to the patient and their needs as well as their pain. For example, today I went in with more pain than usual and she knew exactly what to do to decrease the pain in a great way. Her therapist is great as well and does a great job with therapy. After almost 2 years of pain and seeing a lot of different doctors, today I could say that I got the most relieve of my pain thanks to Dr. Rusudan Dediashvili. Great service and they actually take their time in treating you with what you need. Again I have only been there for less than a hand full of times but the times I have gone have been great. Dr. Rusudan took me in at short notice. I could barely walk after hurting my back working out. She did her thing (lasers/ultrasound) and an hour after I left I can walk. I had a terrible experience. First they gave me an appointment at 12pm. When I got there they told me that the lady who was giving the massage would come at 1pm. They could have called to reschedule. Then While I was getting my massage, the girl started texting. She would stop for 5 minutes at a time to text. Then she went to the bathroom, while still counting my massage time, so in the end, I got a 40 minute massage. the massage in itself was horrible. all she did was caress my back. she didn't work on my lower back problems because she said that my back problem had to do with energy. Well, what can I say, it helps every time. There is always something: sprains, pulled muscles, minor aches here and there. I always go to see Dr. Rusudan. She has a magic touch. Honestly, every time I go to her she helps and if I don't go I regret it. 4 weeks ago I mis-stepped on the stairs and landed on my right hand. Something cracked, but it was no fracture since I was able to move my fingers all right, just with a lot of pain on the right pinkie. I figured, how bad could it be if it is not broken and waited and waited for the pain to go away, but it still hurt to the point that I could no longer shake hands with people. After just one session of lazer therapy by Dr. Rusudan it is much-much better. I still have to come back a few times to make it go away completely, but I know it will. Exact same story happened with my ankle 4 years ago and it hurt up until I sought therapy with Dr. Rusudan. Last year, during soccer season my son got hit in the knee and was suffering a great deal. Again, Dr. Rusudan helped. She offered him a course of therapy for a minor which is much different from treating adults. My son was back on the field within 2 weeks, but when it happened I was sure he would have to stay off for the rest of the season. I think, if people are seeking cheap deals on massages, it may not be the right place for them, because this is a chiropractic office, not a massage spa. If you are looking for a real chiropractor with a magic touch and a lot of personal attention, this is the right place for you! read more

I have been coming to see Anna for 1-hour massages for at least half dozen times, I plan to come back to her. It does help with getting the Groupons to help with the cost given how often I need massage treatments. The office environment is not the most relaxing, it is not a spa but a medical office. Not a lot of parking in the back of the office. The restroom could use a good cleaning up. The 4 star is strictly for Anna, not for the location itself. read more

When you see Dr Rusudan, you may be in pain and despair coming in, but you come out feeling much much better physically and mentally. Dr. Rusudan is great, to bad I can't say the same about the new girl infront. She is just horrible!!! Not only everytime I come in she would be on her cell speaking Armenian or speaking to others in Armenian while looking over at me, but anything I ask her she answers with I dont know.The girl that worked last few years there was wonderful and able to answer all my questions. She always went above and beyond to help.Now I feel like whenever I see Dr. Rusudan I entered little Armenia and unless you're Armenian you will never get the same treatment! P.S. I bought two Groupons for the chiromassage for my husband and I. We both enjoy occasional massages, but were curious about the CHIRO massage. We were told that we had to come in for a first appointment with the chiropractor to get an assessment and then a "prescription" for the massage. We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time, only to have the chiropractor ask us a few questions and then tell us she has run out of time....WTF?? She didn't even look at our spines or anything! Seriously, I had a better chiro "assessment" at a health care conference expo table!!! Then we came back on another day for the massage part, and that was very mediocre. Mine was okay, but my husband said his didn't do anything for him. It felt like she was just moving oil around his back, and at the very last minute jammed her elbow in his back (and not in a good way). Usually when we've had massages the elbow thing gives you that "hurt so good" feeling, but he said this one felt really bad. Mine sounded better than his, but still nothing to write home about. I'm giving one star, because there was no "Chiro" aspect to it at all! I could've paid $20 dollars at one of those foot massage places and gotten a more complete and satisfying experience. Maybe if I picked one of the centers on the Groupon in a better area, it might have been better? Such a shame! I don't think they understand the concept of Groupon and how it can bring new regular business. My husband and I both agreed it was as if they "phoned it in" and didn't really want new customers. read more

I found this place on Groupon.com and went in for their $29 massage. I was scheduled for 10 a.m. and got to the location around 9:45, like they'd asked me to. It was in a shady area and the door was still locked with the lights off. 10:05 rolls around and a young woman drives up in masseuse clothes. She was friendly and surprised it wasn't open. She called someone else and said the main office woman was stuck in traffic. I was pretty shocked. Why would they schedule me for a 10 a.m. massage and not have someone there by 9:30 at the latest?! I finally got into the room at 10:25. The woman finally showed up and was slightly apologetic, but not as much as she should have been. They did a free paraffin (sp?) treatment since I'd had to wait. I didn't really care about that though, because it still meant I wouldn't be able to get my full hour massage, since I had to go to work. The masseuse was very nice and we talked. She was awesome, but my experience with the clinic overall, was very unprofessional. When I left, I asked for two $5 bills so I could tip the girl. The woman came back with one $5 bill and said she'd given the other one to the masseuse. Who knows if she did?! I won't go back to this place. read more

I was skeptical about the location of the center. I was totally assuming that it was going to be a waste of my time. Boy was I wrong!!! This was literally the best massage I have ever gotten from a message therapy facility. The whole experience convinced me that I need to try and make a serious effort to come here monthly. I love this place! Dr. Rusudan is fantastic and super knowledgeable. She has recently treated my 10yr old for sports injury and did a marvelous job. Got her up and running in no time. They have the latest technology/equipment too - a cold laser machine that heals inflammation and other issues. Dr. Rusudan is an amazing healer, patient, cares, and listens. Not like most docs I know. My 10yr old was very fearful of going for treatment and being touched because she was in a lot of pain and was scared that the treatment would create more pain. Dr. Rusudan took time to calm her down, explain to her what she was going to do, listened to my daughters feelings and fears, and gently, successfully, treated her. My daughter loves going now for her treatments. We also went to several massage sessions there and had a relaxing, great, massage. The office has a nice ambiance and decor. The staff is very nice and caring, and always treat us wonderfully. BTW, Dr. Rusudan is also very knowledgeable in various nutritional and herbal therapies which is wonderful if you really want to improve your health. I love that. read more

I got a great massage here. I got it through a groupon but will definitely go back and not mind paying full price at all. I have had deep tissue massages that were way to hard and Swedish which were to easy. This was just perfect. Would recommend them to anyone. read more
