Today Mr. Hoffman from Gen-Tech came to do an estimate for a new generator. When he saw that I have a generator he advised me it was possible it could be repaired rather than replaced. He then diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and ran a test to demonstrate that the generator does work! So now I have a working generator again, and at a fraction of the price it would have cost to replace it with a new one! Many thanks to the company, and they will have my business in the future.

They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. What sort of professional recommends you do something so incredibly dangerous? We had a different company come out the next day and they showed me the chimney set up and confirmed it was not a chimney problem and that the advice he gave me, especially about the stove, was advice that was deadly. If I didn't have more sense to do 3 of the most dangerous things you could do to warm up a house, this advice could have killed me, my client's animals, and potentially burned her house down. This company should be ashamed.
