This job took approximately 5 days and we had a lot of issues to address. In addition, we needed outlets and light switches added. When working out the details, we were asked a lot of questions regarding what we needed, how we planned to use, etc. In doing this, we arrived at the best solutions to meet our needs. The team was reliable, clean, and courteous. And they were great with my dog! I would not hesitate to recommend them and plan to have them back when we remodel our kitchen next year.

Jameson was able to come out on a Saturday night for a fee of $199, only to charge homeowner another $199 to actually look at her unit. He wasn't there for very long, claiming it was a chimney problem that was well beyond what he could do, and told me to turn on space heaters, light candles, and turn the stove on so that I and her two animals were warm enough to go to bed. What sort of professional recommends you do something so incredibly dangerous? To top it off, he talked to me like the homeowner was vastly overreacting to being upset and really just wanted to leave the house. We had a different company come out the next day and they showed me the chimney set up and confirmed it was not a chimney problem and that the advice he gave me, especially about the stove, was advice that was deadly. If I didn't have more sense to do 3 of the most dangerous things you could do to warm up a house, this advice could have killed me, my client's animals, and potentially burned her house down. This company should be ashamed.
