He also attempted to see if my unit was repairable instead of suggesting to replace my entire system.... other HVAC companies did not take the time to inspect my unit like Aleksandr did! He was very honest and straight forward. Unfortunately my unit was not repairable due what my previous installer removing the serial and product number and this was done by my previous installer to prevent me from claiming warranty which is why I stress the importance of getting a quality hvac installer. My newly installed unit is working great, absolutely no issues. Aleksandr also helped me setup my new air conditioner warranty as well. The price was also the best compared to the other 2 hvac companies that stopped by to check out my broken system. Overall was a great experience.

All of my messages asking about the estimate were marked "read" but not responded to for now almost two weeks. Sucks but it is what it is. Edit: To respond to the reply from the business owner (because I'm will come with receipts), we called because it was 52 degrees and dropping in our house where we have animals. The furnace was running but not working. The guy came and told us to take up the carpet the seller placed over a vent that was causing our furnace to overheat and it started heating up immediately. And as for the state of our house, we did have numerous piles of boxes as we had just moved in a few days previous. Insinuating we're messy or something was extremely unprofessional and rude. Also I attached a picture of the time he offered us that was 4-6pm, he makes it sound like they came out at 8pm to fix it. I already messaged him privately telling him if he had come to me and told me he thought three stars was more fair I would have changed it but after that response he earned a one star. Edit 2: I did want to point out one last thing, even if we hadn't just moved in and we were just box hoarders or something it's a really awful mindset to have that we don't deserve y'all to come out and fix our heating when it's close to or in the negatives outside. Last night I turned off all the Electric base board heaters ,and set my new unit to keep my whole place warm for the night . I woke this morning, and it was warm !!!! so happy the whole place was warm ! Yes its warming out side but the mornings are always cold in that add a room . This is how the job went . I called Noco when I decided to spend the money and stop complaining about the cold place I had bought. JUMP in and spend!! it its worth it , And the people at Noco the best . Called these guys and promptly received a call back…read more Although the gentleman on call couldn't make it over there that day, they had someone call back the next morning and arrive by afternoon, which was July 4th. The service fee wasn't egregious for it being July 4th. The problem was as suspected, a capacitor that was shot. They had one on the truck they could swap it out with. The only qualm I had was they charged like $380 for the part, when it's $40 or so at Home Depot. Just seems like a little heavy on the upmark, but with it being July 4th; I was just grateful to get the A/C fixed. Good communication; recommended! Parts were a little pricey.
