I had some tears in my car's leather seats so I had this company perform the repairs. Fransisco comes to your house, picks up the seat cushions (he takes them out himself) and then returns them and reinstalls them. First the pros: the repairs are like it never even happened (see attached photos). It is convenient that he comes to your house, you don't have to take it to a shop. Fransisco is very reasonable with price and is very easy to work with. Cons: He was late in when he came to pick up the seats. The window was 11-3 and he showed up at 4. Had I known he was running late I would've been able to do some things as opposed to waiting at the house for him. When he did show up he couldn't take one of my seats because his van was too full, so he had to come back the following day anyway. When removing a seat Fransico broke a bracket cover, but was very ok with deducting the replacement cost ($20) from the bill. He also flipped a bolt around with the seat belt, causing the belt to twist and be uncomfortable to use. He fixed all these things, but it would have been nice if they hadn't needed fixing in the first place. Thus the deduction of a star.

They replaced it with a thicker heel and the red on the soles of the heel don't even line up correctly and can tell the gap. In addition, the soles are ruined from the hack job of replacing the heel. When I tell you the guy at the front gave us the WORST stank attitude when we came in. He literally, LITERALLY began walking away as we were talking to him. LITERALLY!!! I mean, come on! He was talking over us and literally cut us off mid-sentence. Maybe we didn't look like we had enough money to be in this area? Maybe we still had garlic on our breath from Mi Cocina? Maybe if I would've dropped our "titles" we would've gotten at least eye-contact? Maybe we should've flashed the BMW key chain? I don't know... All I know is it was shocking... My guy turned to me in disbelief and I took his hand and walked out.
