The sales associates are always pleasant in my experience so I never understand the negative reviews. If you are going in there entitled thinking you can talk any kind of way to the sales associates then think again. That's one thing I love about the management is they stick up for there staff and stand on business. If you have issues at either of the Zara check yourself. I lost a significant amount of time returning, reordering, and coming back to the store during my workday. When I asked for help, I was told that due to "policy," nothing could be done except returning and reordering again -- leaving me to deal with the issue myself.
