Pernell and his crew gets it done! After years of drought and two days of LA rain, we had a massive ivy hedge wall - an 85 ft long, 8 ft high fence covered with ivy that had stood for five decades in front of our house - fall into the street. It was huge - a big mess of roots, branches, metal and vegetation. We needed someone to come and chop it up and take it all away, and it was no easy task. We called Pernell on a Thursday afternoon. He came to our place within two hours, gave an estimate, negotiated a fair price, and arrived with a three-man crew Friday morning at 9am. It was a far bigger job than we imagined, but he stayed with his crew until 8pm on that Friday night, and got every last bit of that wall into his truck. Dishonest business dealing here. I am a man of honesty and integrity and i dont feel good leaving a negative review but well deserved. I called and requested a quote and i gave him the go to get it done. 2 hours later he calls me with an attitude and ends up hanging up on me. Not nice. Even if a customer is frustrated, work with them next time. You are a business man. The truth is i was quoted $285 for a mattress removal and i would not mind paying $600 either.
