My right side is an inch shorter than my left, not even straightening this could fix it it genuinely looks terrible. I have to get extensions and my hair fixed completely at my salon at home when the school year ends. Not acceptable, don't market you can do something if you can't. My regular girl (Jade) was out on maternity leave so I had to see her replacement Chastity. If you have the option, DO NOT GO TO CHASTITY. My hair is LITERALLY turning orange from highlights I received from her. I also let them know I am not satisfied with the service provided and she never even attempted to contact me or make it tight which made me even more angry. She let me sit in the blower to blow dry my hair cause she didn't have time to finish my appointment but still charged my the full $220 for a partial highlight, I feel like I got screwed out of what could have been a great highlight for a wedding I had in December and will still not wear my hair down because it literally looks like shit.
