He did a really great job with lots of attention to detail that you won't find in most of the franchised cleaning services. He stayed in close contact with us regarding the specifics of what we wanted done. He did a very extensive "move-out" cleaning after our renters left. He also made sure we were satisfied with the work and offered to come back and do anything we felt he missed. He did not miss anything - inside the cupboards, the baseboards, the cobwebs, etc. We are using him again for another "move-out" cleaning because we know it will be done right. I decided to go with Austyn based off his reviews alone, and I am so happy I did. I booked him for a move-out and not only were his prices reasonable, but the service he provides is absolutely amazing. We moved out on 4/1, he came to clean on 4/3, & completed his job that day. This morning when me and my landlord did the last walk through she was so amazed at how clean the house was, and said it was move-in ready.
