They used the up to 8000psi pump to shot a powerful stream of water into both ends of the drain tile. It took about 45 minutes to unclog and clean the tile. Probably 20 years before that it had been replaced at that time and there was no problem getting it down in the basement nothing has changed, so that was confusing. I recently decided to redo my bathroom and when my current contractor went into the crawlspace to look at things he noticed that the main pipe (the one that was replaced) had a crack in it and someone tried to put some kind of putty or whatever to cover it up or try to seal it (no one has done work on my toilet since then). I've unknowingly had a small leak down there for years due to this crack! I looked through my receipts (yes, I save everything related to my house) to see who the plumbing company was and it was PAE Plumbing. Gee, thanks for charging me hundreds of dollars and not fixing the pipe that you cracked! What a disgrace of a company for not correcting your mistake!
