We brought along some of our own decorations to make it unique to us, like a banner, florals, and seashells to fit our theme. You have so much room for creativity and personalization at this venue! For a party in warm weather the outside is just as pretty. There is a gazebo, perfect for photo opportunities. The grass is well kept and gives a stunning view for enjoying cocktail hour outside. The wedding was in one building while the dinner that followed was in another. Both of the spaces were clean and well lit. And we were surprised that the food for dinner was really quite good. Not your average wedding fare. Parking was either valet or self park so that was a snap on a Thursday night around 4:30. The grounds seemed very well maintained and the golf course surrounding the main buildings looked to be very well manicured. We had a great night and would definitely return.

Wooden structures inside overlooking the boardwalk with large windows, I mean I can't say enough about how beautiful a setting it was. The food for the shower was fantastic. Omelette station, standard brunch fare, all delicious. Tomato, mozzarella and basil, cheese and meat boards, delicious vegetables and fruit, I was wow-ed. The staff was phenomenal, coffee was literally insane. I couldn't believe how good the coffee was so I went up to a worker and asked what they use. He came back and said, "Folgers." I kid you not. I was so embarrassed but also went to Stop and Shop after I left the shower and bought a big thing of Folgers coffee because it's SO DARN GOOD. It was somewhat of a windy day so we stayed inside most of the time except for photos where we went outside onto the boardwalk and had a beautiful view of the beach. The line was so long to get to the buffet though and once we were up there several trays were running low so we didn't really eat a whole lot; more like sampled. They were very short staffed. Our water glasses were never once refilled and it took a real long time before the dinner plates were cleared. If considering a wedding at this venue it would need to be a smaller sized crowd with wait staff proportionate to the number of guests because ours was not. There's also very little room for a dance floor. The pathway from the parking lot to the venue is not lit either so it was very difficult to see at the end of the night heading back to our cars and it's a decent walk in the dark. Hey party people, the parking lot fills almost to capacity if you roll up after 10pm. NOTE: they are now charging for parking. The breakfast includes "push button" pancakes, mini cinni rolls, egg/meat/potato chafing dishes, yogurt, juice... you know, the standard fare. Interesting find: you can rent a fire stick for $20/day at the front desk, and they have a computer & printer for use in the business center.

The front desk staff was so kind to give us extra water bottles daily. The maid service was excellent!! My room was a mess with things scattered after having gotten ready for the actual wedding & the maid didn't disturb any of my personal items. I had even left very expensive rings on the dresser not having realized it until we returned that evening & they were still there. I would stay here again in a heart beat!
