This is the cutest play space that's perfect for children! As you walk in there are nice little picnic tables on the left and the play space to the right. It includes a small bouncy house, a ball pit and a couple of slides. It also includes a play kitchen and little play houses. You have the option of sitting on a small couch or sitting on high chairs that are facing the play space. The nicest thing about this place is that they offer drinks! Which is amazing because as the little ones play, you can enjoy a nice iced/hot latte or matcha! Something that I also appreciated about this place is that it looks very clean and well kept. You are able to book your play session online and it's ~1.5 hours and then they sanitize the entire space prior to allowing the next group to come in. They offer daily prices as well as monthly subscription and they also have party rates as well. I had an extremely disappointing second experience yesterday. The visit was marred by parents who were completely negligent, more interested in their phones and conversations than their children's behavior. Not only that, but other kids repeatedly tried to snatch toys from my baby's hands while he was playing, and some even recklessly backed into him with ride-on toys. The worst part was when a child yanked a toy out of my baby's hands, causing him to fall backward and hit his head. To make matters worse, the rule about wearing socks was completely ignored by some parents, creating an unsanitary environment for everyone. I was appalled by the lack of consideration for basic hygiene. The staff also left a lot to be desired - they seemed content staying behind the cafe counter, only emerging to deliver drinks to parents. There was no proactive effort to ensure the safety and well-being of the kids in the play area. What's more frustrating is that my attempts to address these concerns with the cafe have gone unanswered. It's clear that customer feedback is not a priority for them. Given the overall negative experience and the blatant disregard for child safety and hygiene, I cannot recommend Little Bean Cafe. My family and I will not be returning. I'm in love with this little gem. This is probably our 4th time here and I can't get enough. I'm obsessed that they just added a late class it's so accommodating for working parents. You must reserve a play spot a head of time on their website . I'm in love that when you walk in you are always greeted by such a friendly staff member, and the place is ALWAYS clean. I can honestly say after we leave here my child never has a running nose or the sniffles or cough the next day. That's how I know they sanitize. My son loves everything, activity / station and let's not forget about the crazy slide. My son is 21 months and can't get enough sliding down the slide walking up the steps, race the car real quick to back down the slide. I love that my daughter can come here and help assist her brother for no additional charge. I never tried anything from the menu only because I have limited points with WW lol. But one day when I'm not on a diet I will explore the menu. I follow Littlw Bean on IG and they are always having events for the kids. Can't wait to try one next time. They recently made some changes to the toys and even the seating area and we are all here for it, loving it even more. You have to make a reservation or I believe you can show up for open indoor play. Before the next "play" session they close the front entrance to clean and sanitize. We were a group of moms looking for something to do indoors during the winter time for our littles. It's good for crawlers and I would say up until 7? You can reserve up to a group of 10. You make the reservation online and pay the deposit online. You can even reserve the place for a private party. They have different package options. What we didn't realize, since half were not crawlers we did not have to pay. Instead they allowed us to use a credit. They have a huge coffee menu for the adults. They have fruit pouches and some fruit for the babies. They have tables out for parties and they have seating areas if you want to take a break. There is a long play area filled with toys, a slide for the bigger kids, play sets, a mini ball pen, a few mini trampolines. There's tons to do, you have to wear socks only in the play area. Been here several times with my daughter and the place is usually very clean and spotless. However, the last time we went, there were young teenagers working, and the police looked surprisingly dirty. It doesn't even look like they sanitize the play area or the tables. They weren't friendly at all And as we're about to wrap up and start getting ready to leave one of the girls comes up to us and says that we can't have coffee in the play area. Meanwhile we weren't even in the play area with our coffee. We were at the ledge drinking it so I'm not sure what that was about, but she was extremely Rude And after we left, my daughter got sick and she still has a cough and I'm convinced it's from this place. My friend son also became sick after he played at this place too. We're not coming here anytime soon also maybe hire adults who actually care about the cleanliness of this place instead. read more

My daughter-in-law has been bringing my granddaughter here for a couple of years. She is always giving them business and referred a few mothers there. She even had a birthday party there last year. She would sometimes buy coffee, or a smoothie and French fries for her daughter and leave a tip every time. Well today she reached in her bag and gave her daughter some goldfish crackers. To her shock and amazement she was told she couldn't give her 2-1/2 year the crackers saying that it was outside food. It was crackers for Pete's sake and it's not like she never bought anything there. There was even another parent giving her child some snacks and wasn't told a thing!! This is so terrible. I hate to write a bad review. However, I was so disappointed in my son's first birthday party. I booked my son's party a few months in advance and emailed the owner my son's birthday invitation including pictures of the exact banners I ordered as well as a picture from Amazon that included the colors of the balloon arch and decorations i would like. The package I booked included all the decorations. The owner advised she would match. A week prior to the party I dropped of the banners, sign and cake topper for the party. I even emphasized how important it was to me to match the colors. I arrived 15 mins prior to the party and was in shock. The decorations that were provided by the place did not match anything on the banners I provided. One of the banners they hung they used at a previous party! I immediately told the owner and she advised she would take money off the bill. I spent so much time matching cookies, banners etc and the place did not provide what was promised. In addition, I felt the party was a bit disorganized. Cotton candy was served right before the kids had pizza and pizza was served at the time the entertainers were starting to playing music.
