But unfortunately City Hall will not allow us to have more than 6 witnesses to witness our wedding.. So the day before our wedding on July 18th we decided to just WING IT and get married in the park and hire an officiant so our Family and Friends can be part of our special day. We went and searched Yelp and found Amber! We told her that we need an officiant the next day and told her the story of our last minute change of heart. Even she was surprised! We asked if she knows a place in San Francisco where we can get married and she suggested an amazing Garden in San Francisco. Everything fell into place from there! We hired Amber to officiate our wedding and thank God she was available with the last minute notice!!! And even though we never met her not once and just communicated thru e-mail she performed a lovely ceremony that we will cherish always and never be forgotten! We got the wedding my wife always wanted, a small intimate garden wedding with our closest Family and Friends! We are so lucky we found Amber and became part of our Special day! We still can't believe that we just Winged our wedding and became one of the most memorable day of our life!!! Amber, Chris, and I sat in a cafe for about an hour where she took the time to get to know our story, our values, and our hopes for our ceremony. I was very stressed from all the planning and organizing, but after I left our meeting, I felt so much weight lifted off my shoulders. Amber made us comfortable from her confidence and compassion. Based on our meeting and a relationship questionnaire, Amber suggested some readings and crafted a ceremony that was simply perfect for us. There were some key things that were important for me to be included, or not, in the ceremony, and her ideas were just right. The day of the ceremony, Amber helped calm me again. And we had SO many compliments on the ceremony, and many for Amber, herself, too! My mom was so excited at how eloquent of a speaker Amber was that she mentioned it several times. When discussing the flow of events, he pulled out this amazing fill-in the blank music time line and showed me a check-off list of songs. Although he did not have a demo or mix I could listen too, he did take the time to provide me with references that I could call and ask questions. The father and son team were easy going and nice to work with. Our budget was tight, as we were investing heavily in wedding photography, so we were happy to find them pretty late in the planning process, and appreciated their flexibility. We requested a documentary style video of the wedding with minimal editing, to keep the costs down. Their audio services during the wedding with wireless mics, amplified music and sound mixing were perfect and exactly what we needed. The final wedding video product was beautiful and they did a great job with nice editing and segmentation that captured the feeling and emotions of the day. Their turnaround was quick, and they gave us a beautiful memory that we hoped for, and created affordable duplicate copies for us to share with our family as well.

Pros: Greg is on point with being the MC. His technology…read moreincluding sound system, lights, and microphones worked well for our ceremony and reception. He was very creative and he made good changes on the spot since we were going over on time. He kept the flow going during the reception and he successfully hyped up the crowd to dance. I picked genres for music and his music song choices were on point. If you need a MC he's the guy! Cons: We did the full package including love story, MC, and video. We drove to Nevada City to record our love story months before our wedding but he didn't work on the love story until right before our wedding. We gave him photos months in advance and told us the night before he couldn't find them. I was stressed enough. Luckily a few hours later he called and found them but he was staying up late to work on it. There was a miscommunication with his videographers and they missed me and my husband entirely getting ready for the wedding. Greg even argued with his contractor right in front of my wedding party. It was embarrassing and I was devastated I will never have any video of me getting ready. Luckily I gave him photos of me getting ready for our video. He did a good job putting the video and quick 5 minute video together even though he didn't have footage. The quality of the video was ok but he's better at being a MC.
