The interaction was uncomfortable, and even the employees seemed embarrassed--they were looking at each other because of the manager's behavior. I wasn't trying to argue; I just wanted clarification on the store's military discount policy. I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when asking honest questions. A professional and courteous explanation would have gone a long way. I hope management works on improving customer service and communication.
