Good start and appreciated them looking out for me. I was told they would call me in two weeks when it was ready. I called three weeks later to find out it wasn't ready yet but it would be on x date. I stopped in to pick it up only to find the clasp did not work with the band. That started some frantic filing prying etc to get it to fit. It finally was able to work but a bit clunky. I was told they would order a new one to fix the problem but after all this I can't trust it would be done right or on time.

They were good to their word and within three hours they had left a voicemail for me saying that it was all ready to go. They were kind enough to make it completely functional again and they also took a few minutes to make sure that it was set to the correct time. He not only repaired the defect, he did a complete service that restored complete functionality. Not only that, all work was done a a very reasonable price. My only regret is that I waited far too long to take it to him.
